Story
Stormy's cat mama abandoned him when he was just a week or two old! I took him in and bottle fed him, now he is four years old. It's a very hard decision to be rehoming him, but I want him to have his best chance at a happy life and I've come to the difficult realization that I'm not providing that. I'm struggling with some health problems and I'm over committed with animals. Stormy loves under the chin scratches, snuggling in bed, and laying on the back of the couch watching TV with me. He's pretty chill, and doesn't really get into things. Except he does steal my ponytail holders! Lol. I'm hoping to find someone to adopt him who will keep me posted on his progress and will maybe let me be the pet sitter, if needed. Lol. It's going to be hard to let him go, but I do believe it's what's best for him!

Story
Available for adoption in DFW, TX. Gypsy is available to a home in the Dallas Fort Worth.Gypsy is a laid back friendly purr machine that loves affection. Her foster mom says she is a purfect house guest & a great companion. She turns into a biscuit making purr machine when her foster mom gives her kitty massages. She enjoys batting around toys her foster mom dangles for her. She really enjoys taking sun bathing naps in her cat tree. Up until March 2022, Gypsy had lived her entire life outside as a homeless cat. She is so happy to be inside living a safe life of a pampered cat queen. She has left outdoor living in her past for good and never asks to go outside. Gypsy has no experience with children that we know of. So a home with kind, gentle & pet respectful older children would be a good match. But no very young children. Gypsy is 100% kitty litter trained. If you have questions please email her foster mom Gayla gaylawithclasp@gmail.com Adoption fee $90. The adoption fee reimburses our non-profit rescue a very small portion of her vet bills. Gypsy is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, felv/fiv negative, revolution flea/tick prevention and microchipped. Once rescued she had to have one of her back toes removed due to a severe infection. This does not create any mobility issues for her. If you are interested in adoption, please fill out an application at https://cowtownpets.org/online-adoption-app/

Story
Layla is available to a home in the Dallas Fort Worth area Layla 3 year old Grey Tabby Layla is an affectionate, alert, calm, and curious feline. At first, she was not sure about interactive playing with her foster mom, but she has learned it is lots of fun. She was surrendered to a local shelter by her owner, who did not provide any information about her, so we are learning about her personality and likes as we go. She is currently being fostered in a home with several cats. She’s ok as long as they give her space. Since we do not know how she would do around young children or dogs, we think the best home for her would be one without children & dogs. Question? Please email cowtownpets@gmail.com. If you are interested in adopting her, please fill out the online adoption form at .https://cowtownpets.org/online-adoption-app/ Her adoption fee is $90 + tax. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, Felv/FIV negative, on flea/tick prevention and covers her spay, vaccines, microchip, and microchipped.

Story
Mouse is a petite tuxedo party animal who is curious about everything. Super high energy. He is fearless and doesn't have time for that mushy cuddling stuff. He'd do well with another high energy cat or maybe a small, playful dog. He hasn't been around dogs or children, but he has been around his best buddy Chandler since they were weeks old. Mouse is currently with a foster. If you have any questions, please email cowtownpets@gmail.com. If you are interested in applying to adopt Mousetro and Chandler, please submit an online application at cowtownpets.org. Mouse has been neutered and microchipped, shots are up-to-date, had wormer and flea prevention. The adoption fee for the pair is $170 + tax.

Tator and her sister are bonded siblings. They are beautiful silver and black mackerel tabbies that were bottle fed by a nice lady after their mother was tragically hit by a car when the kittens were only 2 weeks old. Tator is quite adventurous and very friendly. She is so happy to cuddle or stay close to her human. She purrs quite loudly and loves attention. Gump is a tad bit shy at first but warms up quickly when shown love and affection. She purrs loudly and greatly enjoys the company of her human. Together the kittens play with anything and everything, including other cats. They are a tight knit duo that are almost always together. Adopting this pair will bring the right person so much joy and laughter and Tator and Gump a happy home together. They are currently in a foster home. If you are interested in adopting them, please submit an online application at cowtownpets.org. Story
Mister Biggs is the love bug you’ve been looking for! he really is more like a dog, he just wants love all of the time! he sure talks alot too. not an annoying amount tho, just chit chatting about his day! we got him from my husbands aunt and we’ve taken him to the vet once in his life, he’s in great health and the vet guessed he was about 8, so he’d be 10 or so by now. but he sure will show you he’s got a long ways to go! he’s the best cat to have in any kind of home! he has never once acted out, hissed, done things that most people hate about cats. he’s a god send cat! and he does NOT need to be spayed unless you want to. at his age, and my sister being a vet tech, if he is spayed this late in life, it will take YEARS off of his life span!
