Story
Violet found herself in a predicament in the spring - a mom with six kittens turned into the shelter. This pretty girl did a great job raising her babies despite being very thin and dealing with FIV herself. Now that her kittens are older, she can shine all on her own. Violet is a sweet girl who loves to be petted and really loves people. She, however, is not all that happy with the other foster cats in the house. She gets along with some of them, but not others. She would really like a nice quiet place to be loved on where she isn't overshadowed by kittens and she can be the star of the show. She's a little grumbly sometimes, as we can all be when we're annoyed and overstimulated. We're hoping a great quiet family gives this pretty girl a chance at the good life. She deserves it! As we mentioned, Violet has FIV, which means her immune system is compromised. She has done very well in her foster home despite being here with a number of other cats and germs. She has never hinted at biting any of the other cats, which is how FIV would be spread if it were to be transmitted. She would just need to be kept current on vet visits, vaccines, flea treatment, etc., like any kitty would need, and she needs to be indoor only.

Story
Chaplin was wild when he first joined us, but has decided that he likes people. He especially likes people who feed him Churus! Chaplin is a sweet, shy little dude. He's a bit over a year old, now. He would probably do well with another cat. He's a little shy but I think he would come around with a patient adopter and more attention than he gets here. He's really just a sweet, handsome, quiet guy. FIV/FeLV negative.

Story
Asher is a sweet little guy! He was the runt of Violet's litter (Violet is adoptable too!) and didn't grow much, so he's kind of a pocket-sized little dude. Haha! Asher is quiet and does his own thing most of the day, but when he wants attention (around dinner time) he'll reach up to you and meow his high pitched meow to tell you he loves you SO MUCH ....when you feed him... He likes to play and be loved on, but he mostly likes to hang out with his mom, Violet. We'll give preference to any family that wants to adopt them together because they're really stinking cute together and they would be really happy to stay together. He's just a sweet little guy that wants his own place and would NEVER forget his momma.

Story
Ron is an independent little guy that has decided he likes pets and he MIGHT be curious about snuggling. He loves to play with other kitties or by himself. I consider that little group survivor kitties because his brother tested positive for panleuk, they were on the EU list.

Story
This adorable monster is Mau, a naughty flame point Siamese mix that is equal parts affectionate, shrieking mandrake, and bitey bite monster. I'm pretty sure he came from Harry Potter land. Mau is a small boy with ice blue eyes. He may darken up a bit in coloring as he ages. One of his eyes tends to water, and nothing we've been able to do seems to resolve it. He is neutered and UTD on shots. He seems to get along with our big dogs just fine, and he gets along with other cats after an excruciating period of shrieking at them. If you're heart is set on a super cute Harry Potter land creature that wants pets and then bites you, this is your dude.
