Story
I picked these two up from the Humane Society when they were kittens back in May of 2016. They grew up around my roommates two large dogs for a few months. My current girlfriend has a dachshund and they have met on a few times but are unsure about him. She is not very vocal unlike her sister. They both have been on a raw food diet since the start. She has also been declawed in the front.

Story
I`m a shy girl but with time will begin to trust you and be your best friend for life. I love rolling around on my bed and getting scritches on my own terms. I`m not a fan of other cats and not sure about dogs just yet. If you`re looking for a more chill cat to snuggle with, that`s me!

Story
Yuna is a bundle of loveable energy! She meows for attention, loves it when she gets to run around the lobby of the adoption center, loves play with toys, LOVES getting scritches, and loves giving typical tabby `love bites`. She definitely is an A++ cat napper, but the more we let her out of her kennel so that she can roam around and explore, the more she opens up and shows us her personality. Plus, her front half has tabby stripes while her back half has bengal like spots- what a beauty! We do believe she would prefer to be the only cat in the home and it`s big on letting people hold her for long but maybe she`s just waiting for the right loving arms. Come adopt sweet Yuna!

Story
(Read this with the voice of Antonio Banderas) Hello, my name is Roberto. I am the best cat at TXHH, everyone says so... it`s why they keep my handsome self in the lobby for all the humans to see and admire. My soulful eyes will make your heart burst from your chest and then I`ll make you some of my award-winning biscuits. I make the best biscuits in town, like my Abuelita taught me. I am a chonky boy but can also run like the wind! I may need a quick nap to recover from running like the wind but nevertheless, I run. I like to play with toys, sleep by my favorite people, hang out with approved cat friends, and show dogs I`m the jefe with a few `ba-pa-pows` of my paws. Come visit me. You`ll know I like you if I stretch up on your leg then slide myself down, pulling your pants with me.

Story
Nutmeg was offered to me by a friend needing to rehome her as soon as possible. She was born from two house cats and has spent her entire life with people. While I couldn't keep her permanently, I would be able to foster her instead of having her end up in a shelter. Nutmeg is roughly 3 months old, and she is an adorable ball of bubbly energy! If you like to play a lot with your cat while also getting to cuddle at bedtime/naps, this is the kitten for you. She has been quite nervous of my two cat-friendly dogs but hasn't acted aggressive in any way, she's very confident and curious. I think she would benefit from having a sibling as she is young and would benefit from learning manners and behaviors from another feline as well as having someone to help burn off all her rambunctious energy. She is also in no way attached to the name, so her name could be easily changed!

Story
Sweet indoor only cat, okay with dogs, no other cats. Jasmine lived with my uncle and a small dog before they passed away. My uncle was retired, so she's use to having someone home a lot. She does not like my two cats, but she does get along with my dog! She is indoor only, very friendly, incredibly sweet, very curious about new things, confident and loves affection! She makes the cutest chirps at dinner time and she's a fast learner. Jasmine is petite at 8lbs. Likes: Meow mix, affection, tunnels, carpet scratching posts, eating plants, playing, and new toys Dislikes: Other cats If Jasmine sounds like a good fit for you, please contact me.

Story
This adoption involves a bonded pair. Eamonn (left) and Jonah (right). Pictured on the left is Eamonn. He is 8 years old and is deaf. He's friendly and can be affectionate. Due to his deafness, Eamonn may become overstimulated if he receives too many pets below the neck. However, he does love ear rubs and head pats. Pictured on the right is Jonah. Jonah is about 3 years old and is really timid. He will need time to adjust to his surroundings. For Jonah, Eamonn is like a safety blanket. Jonah is very comfortable with Eamonn and these two staying together is best for both cats. Due to his anxiousness, Jonah tends to overgroom himself. However, once he's at ease, he is an affectionate and loving cat. Jonah is not deaf and does not become overly stimulated by pets or being touched. He really loves belly rubs (and does not attack if they are given). Both of these cats are very kind and loving. They deserve someone or a family who can provide them the same love, patience and understanding.

Story
Leo is the most beautiful loving cat I’ve ever seen. His tiger markings are symmetrical and his paws are a soft brown. He has been neutered and given his rabies and “kitten” shots. Leo is a bit over a year old. He loves to be near someone. If not, he is up high! He doesn’t mind (too much) having his claws clipped. He doesn’t mind having his front paws touched or held. Really, he is an excellent cat. He quickly adjusted to my home. Unfortunately, I haven’t adjusted to an indoor cat. My home is not set up for Leo. My home isn’t good enough for Leo. I will provide all my cat stuff to his new owner. He deserves a good home! You may have all the food, litter, and things I’ve purchased for Leo.

These pups are in Cedar Park, Texas too!

Story
I adopted Olive from the Denton Petco in 2019 while I was attending college. She is a sweet, playful baby and has a lot of energy for being six to eight years old (Petco and the vet were unsure of her age). She runs and greets me when I come home, sits close when I study and sleeps near my feet at night. She has never liked to be held or sit on me so I don't think Olive would be a good pet for children looking for a cat to cuddle. I am moving and cannot take her with me so I am hoping to find her a home with someone who is looking for a sweet, loving, companion. She will quickly melt your heart with those big eyes, round face and loving personality.

Story
I adopted Cake and her sister Honey in November of this year, so far they have been the greatest cats I’ve ever met. They are so so sweet, snuggly, and well behaved. Cake is 7 years old, Honey is 8. Cake is very outgoing and curious, while Honey is more timid and shy, but they are both equally gentle and loving! I love these cats with all my heart, but I have to move across state in January and won’t be able to afford to bring them with me. If I could, they’d absolutely both be coming with me. I hate to have to rehome them, but I’m hoping someone here can give them the love and stable home they deserve. I think these two would be best in a child free home, or a home with older/more mature children. No dogs! Please reach out if these babies seem like a great fit for you. Thank you <3

Story
Emily was taken in from a family friend after learning that Emily had been experiencing significant neglect for a number of years. However, I was not looking to home a cat and do not have the space nor financial resources to do so. I would love nothing more than to find a loving home to give Emily the attention she needs. Emily is a small, chatty, cuddly cat who gets along with other cats, dogs, kids, and adults. Emily is maybe around 5 years old, and has had a couple of litters in her lifetime. She is a sweet cat who just needs a home that can both afford her and give her the attention, love, and affection she’s missed out on.
