Story
My name is Snowflake and I need a savior. I was adopted as a kitten (with my sister) almost 6 years ago. After 5 years my guardians made the difficult decision to return me to the rescue because my siblings and I were no longer getting along. I was scared and confused and sad my humans had sent me away. I spent the first 9 months in two different foster homes where they showed me so much love and attention, and always had a lap for me to lay in. Sadly, due to family allergies, I had to leave my foster home and enter boarding. That's where I remain today. I'm not fond of it here. They are very nice to me, and I have plenty of food in my belly, but I miss being able to run and play and sun myself in the window like I am used to. I was once quite the confident diva, sass and all, but the longer I'm here, the more withdrawn and depressed I become. I miss my humans so much. My perfect savior would be patient with me as I reacclimate back into a quiet, home environment with no small children. Prior to boarding I thought I would be best as an only kitty, but now maybe I could tolerate an older, senior cat if they would be nice to me. I might even enjoy a doggie sibling if they were the chill sort. I'm not sure, I've never been around one. I'm dealing with some allergies right now, but they have me on special food and eye drops and I'm getting much better. Please look at my photos and see what a loving, biscuit making, lap kitty I can be! Did I mention my beautiful, chiseled bone structure? I just need someone to believe in me and give me a chance! Will that person be you?

If you're in search of a feline companion who appreciates solitude and quiet moments, Camille might be the perfect addition to your home. Camille is the epitome of grace and subtlety. Her shy demeanor adds an air of mystery, making her a captivating presence in any room. She prefers the tranquil ambiance of a calm home, making her an ideal companion for those who appreciate peaceful moments. Camille thrives as the solo star in her own story. She would do best in a home where she can be the only pet, allowing her to bask in the undivided attention of her human companions. A one-pet household is the stage where she can truly shine. While not a fan of being petted, Camille loves to be near her family. She'll quietly hang out in the same room, enjoying the company without needing direct physical affection. Her subtle presence adds a touch of tranquility to your living space. Camille has a penchant for high places - the higher, the better! Whether it's a cozy perch or a lofty cat tree, she enjoys surveying her kingdom from above. High spaces provide her with the perfect vantage point to observe the world with her discerning eyes. A cat after every cat owner's heart, Camille is a daytime dreamer. She embraces the art of catnaps and can often be found in the most picturesque sleep poses. Her serene slumber adds an element of peace to the household. Camille, with her shy elegance, is ready to find a forever home where she can be the star of her own serene saga. If you're seeking a cat who appreciates quiet companionship and the gentle rhythm of life, consider inviting Camille into your heart. Create a haven of tranquility for Camille, and watch as her shy beauty unfolds in the safety and warmth of your home. Are you ready to welcome this silent queen into your peaceful realm?

Story
Do you know Birdie's restaurant in Deep Ellum? That is where I was found as just a newborn. Not sure how I got there but sure glad these wonderful rescue people saved me. Even though I was young, tiny and malnourished, I have thrived with all the love and care. Just look at me now, with this beautiful black fluffy coat! Like a black jaguar! I love to play, a little rambunctious at times, and love to chase bugs. My absolute favorites are spring toys, high places and playing with my other foster kitties. I sure would love a home I could call my own. Having another kitty to play with, would be wonderful, but I am also pretty good at entertaining myself. Look forward to meeting you real soon, forever family!

Story
This adorable little guy is named Remmy. He's a strikingly striped and has the sad, mournful expression of a gremlin who didn't get his fair share of food. Little Remmy 's beautiful coat will get even more pronounced as he gets older. He and his little sister, Tinkerbell, has been raised around children (and is in a home with a Frenchie pup) since they were born. He is a sweet-tempered, little guy who uses his charms to coax more treats and cuddles from his humans. He is fostered in Plano, TX, along with his stunning sister, Tinkerbell, a gorgeous golden tabby, who is just as lovable as he is. Story
To meet this kitten, please text 214 621 1139 for an application. Meet Tinkerbell! She is a golden short-haired tabby with the gentle, sweetness that often accompanies the tabby breed. We find that golden tabby girls tend to start out adorable and then grow into their mighty personalities as they get older. Often times, you will find these golden beauties running the household with their dominant charms and antics. Tinkerbell is fostered in Plano with her brother, Remmy. He's just as cute as she is and has the sleepy look of a little gremlin that just got woken up from a nap. Tinkerbell and Remmy have been raised around children since birth, and both are fostered in a home with a Frenchie pup. Story
Sylvester is named after that lovable Looney Tunes tuxedo kitten who is always getting into mischiefs with his antics. Our little Sylvester was found trying to survive on his own at a job site. At barely two months old, the little guy was extremely skinny and so very scared. Thankfully, he was taken into foster care where he was plied with food on a regular basis. As he gained the much-needed weight, Sylvester's beautiful coat became full and gleaming. His personality blossoms with the love and care he received from his foster parents. His foster mom says he is the sweetest and most cuddly little baby who loves to snuggle and give kisses at bedtime. Looking at that cute little pink nose and adorable muzzle, we imagine he must get tons of kisses in return. Little Sylvester is fostered in a home with other cats and dogs. Despite his rough start, this little kitten is highly sociable and eager to integrate and interact with his other four-legged friends in the house. We are looking for a loving home for this little charmer. To meet this super cute kitten, you can text 214 621 113* or please copy and paste the link into your browser to fill out this application form so we can schedule a meeting: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdf3ebq7POP7EcSJGQV-GK9GThtux4SYMGV9jqWyQJyq7M1KQ/viewform This is a No Exception Rule: Due to its young age, this kitten cannot be adopted into a home that has no other young cat(s) or kitten(s) for it to socialize with. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com Toliver has been waiting for more than one year for his forever home and has gotten very attached to his foster mom so he really needs his forever home soon!  While he still does not like the other cats in "his" home, he tolerates them provided they do not bother him at all. We've had a LOT of people with cats interested in him, and we will consider a home with another cat for him, but that home MUST UNDERSTAND it will take a long time for him to tolerate other cats - a minimum of 6-8 months.  Toliver is a super chonky boi on a weight loss journey. He  can be playful in short spurts and LOVES toys, so that will help with getting him to lose some weight. He does not like being picked up…likely due to being so overweight/it's uncomfortable for him. He loves to be scratched on his head, face and neck, as well as being brushed. He’s very good at using his litter box and scratching posts. He enjoys sitting in the sun on his windowsill. He does give love bites on occasion so he's not a good match for a home with small kids.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please contact NTCR AT 214.454.9395 should you have any concerns or questions. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com Hi my name is Mini or Cinnamini. I was once lost and starving. I knew I needed help so I found some lovely humans to take care of me. I am their foster kitty now until they can find me a Furever Home.  I love to play with all my toys and climb in my tall tower, but mostly I love to have shoulder time. I will curl up in someone’s lap after I have had time to play and burn off energy. I do have special dietary needs.  I was born with a condition called MegaEsophagus. I need to eat small wet meals 2 times a day, morning and night, from a special elevated dish so that I can eat at a 45 degree angle. It is best for me to be held upright for a few minutes after I eat but I haven’t needed that now that I am older.  It is important that I do not eat kibble or solid food. I would love to have a playmate but you will have to be patient as we get to know each other. I would love someone who is home most of the time to give me snuggles and play with me. My foster mom has harness trained me so I can learn to be an emotional support animal. Please adopt me and I will love you more than you can possibly imagine. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please contact NTCR AT 214.454.9395 should you have any concerns or questions. He may be almost a year old, but he is a big kitten. He came from a rescuer who helps bunnies and other fragile wildlife, so he didn’t really have anyone to play with for a while. In his new foster home he loves the toys, tunnels and scratching posts. He is also snuggly and has a big purr box.
