Story
My name is Amaryllis, aka Ammy. I am going on 5 years old, and i have anxiety. I am looking to be single pet in a quiet(ish) home, being in a multi-cat household has caused me to develop anxiety and some territorial issues. I am quiet, and loyal, and do love to play (especially with ice cubes). My hobbies include napping under blankets, and sleeping in the sun. I am currently on some medication to help with my anxiety, (just some cream in my ear daily). Medication is just temporary at the moment to help with the anxiety i have developed. i have gotten along with other pets before and I may be okay with another pet but not right away.

Story
Ben is an active and loving 2 year old cat. He enjoys playing with his mouse toy and staring out the window for hours. He can be a little shy at first but is welcoming once he warms up. He loves to play so it would be best if he went to a home with other cats.

Story
Meet Tiberious Tiberious is a petite pretty tabby. He is calm, somewhat active, playful at times with his human. What he loves best is lying beside his human on the sofa with his head in his human’s lap. At night he likes to sleep around his human’s feet. He likes giving affection. His meow is sweetly soft and barely audible. He talks when he needs to. He’s curious about new people but a little shy at first. We’re not sure if he’s good with children. He is approximately 5 years old. Tiberious was adopted by an elderly lady and he became her service companion. He lived with her and gave her comfort about a year until she died. Tiberious is calm and understands the gentle elderly Tiberioius will be adopted to an inside forever home only. References, veterinary check, and a home visit are required. Tiberious’s adoption donation of $100 will be used to help abandoned or abused kitties. Senior Citizens or Disabled Vets adoption donation is $50. For an application to adopt Tiberious, please contact SilverRescue@gmail.com.

Story
LIttle Iris was found by a farmer as she was crying and crying at the edge of his farm field. She was skin and bones, had a big sore on her upper lip and very scared so the farmer posted her online and our foster family offered to take her in so we could provide her the care that she needed. She was also loaded with parasites and fleas. The farmer was nice to provide her cows milk but cows milk causes diarrhea and that made her situation worse. She is now thriving and living with dogs, another kitten and kids so she is well adapted to lots of noise and activity. Iris is jet black with just one white whisker. She is very sweet too. She enjoys sleeping in a warm lap. Typical of a kitten she likes playing especially hide and seek, She will be spayed on the 22nd of October and tested for Felv/FIV. She will have had all her shots and is parasite free. So she will be ready to go to her forever home after the 22nd. She will need to be kept inside and never declawed. We have an agreement that will need to be signed upon adoption. We are a very small rescue and so iris can be seen in either in my home or the fosters home in Winchester. We don’t do applications rather we like to talk to the potential adopters to make sure that the cat is a good fit for the adopter. What makes us unique and why adopt from us? I am a certified cat behaviorist so I commit to the future adopter of Iris to help her get adjusted into her new home and be available to assist in any health or behavior questions for the rest of her life. Iris has been exposed to a lot of kids, dogs, and another cat so she is well rounded. I like to show adopters how to train their cats using clicker or treat training. It’s a lot of fun and helps build a strong relationship between the adopters and the cat. Feel free to call me or text to set up a time to chat. I Dont Do Email so please call or text . I have a farm so I am too busy to spend time on email. Thank you in advance for your interest in Iris she will be a wonderful addition to any family. Kim Walker 931-337-4199

Story
Piper has a rough early life. She was living outside and some kids were playing with her but the family wasn’t able to feed or take care of her so we offered to take her in as she was horribly thin and an injured eye. She is permanently blind in her right eye and had an injury to her pelvis that has healed. Despite all the challenges she faced she is so sweet and a cuddle bug. Like any kitten she plays well and runs around just fine. She lives with dogs, a cat and kids so she is well adjusted to a lot of noise and activity. She is talkative too. She will be spayed and tested for FIV and Felv on October 22 along with getting her shots. So she will be available to go to her forever home after the 22nd. She will need to be indoor only and not declawed. We are a small rescue so we don’t have an application to fill out however we like to talk on the phone to make sure she will be a good fit for the adopter. An agreement will need to be signed upon adoption. Why adopt from us? I am a certified feline behaviorist and so I am committed for the life of the kitten to ensure a smooth transition into her new home and help with any questions that may come up. I also can teach clicker training so you can have fun and build a stronger bond with Piper. Please give me a call or text at 931-337-4199 . Please NO email. Thank you for your interest in little Piper she will make a very sweet and loving addition to any family or person. :)

Story
Had Calvin since he was a kitten when I adopted him from a PetSmart. He is such a good kitty! He is so faithful to his litter box and enjoys playtime and sitting on my lap or near me. He does not particularly like to be held but he does want attention. I have to move and the policy is no cats. I also work long hours and cannot give him the attention he deserves. If you are looking for a low maintenance cat that always uses his litter box, then Calvin is for you! You can have his litter box (only a month old), his toys, cat carrier, nail clippers, hair brush, and scratching posts. I will take him to vet before you adopt him to get shots updated and a clean bill of health. :)

Story
UPDATE: Dozer needs a totally secure outdoor home that has heating and air where he can go in during the winters and summers. He is very friendly. . He may or may not be a mouser. Due to unresolved and occasional bouts with diarrhea, he would not be accepted in most homes. Please help!! I will work out something with you.....................🐾♦🐈‍⬛♦This wiggly, lovey boy is almost impossible to photograph. "Dozer" is just a little over 2 years old and needs a home 🐾♦🐈‍⬛♦ . He is completely vetted, microchipped and is such a little love booger. He does have digestive issues and needs a special diet. If you can take him, this would greatly help our rescue. He was taken from a real bad case and apparently it did something to his digestive tract. A person who is patient will love him regardless. I sure hope this person is YOU.

THANK YOU FOR READING THE STORY OF THIS KITTEN IN FULL : This kitten came from a set that could of been doomed from a shelter for being a bit too "feral". I did not know they were that old or wild, but by the time I broke them free, one cannot return saved animals back to a shelter !! I have been working on them to get them as friendly as possible. Please, I would love an experienced adopter to show them the good life. All this baby needs is more love, patience, massages and "bribery" and will make you a good new friend. If you adopt, I can save more. If no one adopts this set, I have to stop intake completely as I am but one person doing everything. Thank you for reading. Included in your rescue adoption is full microchip service, has all 3 booster shots, rabies, flea meds, dewormed . JUST NEEDS A GOOD INDOOR HOME and YOU !!!!
