Story
Bob the Enchanted Cheesemonger is no ordinary feline—he is a legend wrapped in orange stripes and white fur. A domestic shorthair with the build of a small panther, Bob commands attention with his impressive 21-pound frame and an air of quiet dignity. Bob is a cat of contradictions. He enjoys affection—but only on his terms. When the mood strikes, he will grace his chosen humans with his presence, allowing them to admire his plush coat and sturdy physique. His purrs rumble like distant thunder, a reward for those he deems worthy of his trust. However, when Bob decides he has had enough, he will make his boundaries crystal clear. A master of communication, he is not afraid to issue a warning glare or an indignant flick of his tail if someone overstays their welcome in his personal space. Cautious by nature, Bob takes his time assessing new people and situations. He prefers to watch and analyze before making his move, ensuring that any engagement—be it a cuddle session or an exploratory jaunt—is entirely on his terms. Though reserved, he has a soft spot for those who respect his independence, and in turn, he rewards them with moments of warmth and companionship. True to his name, Bob the Enchanted Cheesemonger carries an air of mystery, as if he holds the secrets of an ancient feline order. Perhaps he once presided over a mystical cheese emporium in a past life, or maybe he simply enjoys the finer things in life. Regardless, Bob is a force to be reckoned with—a beefy, charismatic, and ever-enigmatic cat who thrives in a world where he calls the shots. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.

Story
Estimated DOB: 08/14/2024 Christine came to ACR when she was approximately three weeks old. An area construction company was getting ready to burn a wood pile on a job site. As they walked around prepping to start the fire they heard little cries coming from the pile. They immediately stopped and searched to find where the cries were coming from. As they dug through the branches and wood they found tiny little kittens. They scooped them up and put them in a box. After making numerous calls they found a bottle feeder volunteer with ACR. Christine and her sister Carrie have grown up in a foster home with a home daycare. They love kids of all ages and enjoy getting lots of snuggles. Christine is a big snuggler and is usually the first one to find your lap after you sit down. She loves to play with laser points, toy mice, springs, and interactive cat toys. She also enjoys cat naps near the window to take in the rays of the sun. She loves cozy cat beds qnd snoozing near her favorite humans. The girls get along great with other cats. They’re the perfect balance of playful and snuggly. They’re looking for a forever home that will make them part of the family and spoil them. The girls would love to be adopted together but do not require that. They do love other cats and would do great living with other cats. Go to http://allcatsrescue.org/kitten-adoption-application to apply to adopt, or email allcatsrescue@gmail.com for more information. Please note: Kittens who remain with a littermate or a similarly-aged companion are healthier, happier and better socialized. If you adopt littermates, not only will they keep each other entertained and happier, we'll also give you a reduced adoption fee! Please inquire if interested in adopting a sibling or foster buddy. All of our adoptable kitties are current on shots, microchipped, altered (if old enough), and litter box trained. (RTW)

Story
Hi there! My name is Yoshi, and I am a beautiful flame point kitty with tons of love to give! I am in search of a home where I can play all day and cuddle with my people all night! I have previously lived with a medium-sized dog in a smaller home. I would enjoy a home with plenty of enrichment and attention. I use the litter box well and eat & drink well. If you're looking for a wildly handsome and sweet cat, look no further! I can't wait to meet you!

Story
Aria is a beautiful black and white Domestic Shorthair with a gentle spirit and a heart that needs time to bloom. Naturally reserved, she takes her time to warm up to new people and environments. Her shy demeanor often makes her a bit of a mystery, but those who are patient and understanding are rewarded with a glimpse of the sweet, loving companion she’s meant to be. Aria needs a quiet, calm home where she can feel safe and secure as she adjusts at her own pace. With the right environment and plenty of time, Aria will gradually open up, showing her true affectionate nature. She thrives in spaces that allow her to feel comfortable, and once she’s formed a bond, she will return love in her own soft, gentle way. A home that can offer her patience and a peaceful atmosphere will be the perfect place for this shy girl to flourish.
