Both links are in the header of our website.   Because we are foster based, we require an approved application to schedule a meet and greet. We feel that is fair to our fosters and rescues so every meet and greet can result in an adoption. A limited number of cats are showcased at Peetco in Sumter, SC weekly.  &#226&#128&#139We do not have set adoption fees for dogs, but hope adopters will donate generously so we can rescue more. The medical care for every dog can easily exceed the adoption donation.  Average adoption fees for dogs in the area range from $175 up to $450. Your generous adoption donations help us continue our programs of providing quality food and medical care to those who pass through our fosters.  We ask for a minimum adoption donation of $70 for cats who are not yet altered and $100 for cats who are already spayed or neutered, regardless of age.  Please bring your own carrier for the ride home!  Each cat is up to date on vaccinations, dewormer, and microchipped.  Larger donations are always welcome so we can rescue more.  Medical care for each cat easily exceeds the minimum donation.   &#226&#128&#139As with every rescue, our resources are limited and the need for rescue help is unlimited. Your generosity helps us to rescue more and funds the only Trap Neuter Return Program in the county.  It's like tossing $100 bills in the woods when we trap a cat, vaccinate and spay or neuter that cat and then return them to the colony. Young kittens are tamed and available for adoption. We are alone doing this in our area. Your increased donation at the time of adoption can help us cover costs for the cat becoming part of your family as well as a feral to prevent more feral litters.  &#226&#128&#139Adopting or fostering for a rescue frees up a space where a new rescue can reside.  &#226&#128&#139If you can't adopt or foster, than please consider donating.  October 21, 2024, 3:12 pm

Story
Meet Georgia, a captivating tabby with a coat reminiscent of snow, adorned in shades of rich dark grey and deep chocolate. Her expressive green eyes, like two emeralds gleaming in the sunlight, held a curious spark that hinted at a world of feline mischief and intelligence. Georgia's fur, soft and plush, displayed an intricate tapestry of stripes and swirls that seemed to tell stories of her adventures. A dainty white patch adorned her muzzle, adding a touch of charm to her otherwise earth-toned ensemble. Despite her petite frame, Georgia moved with a confident grace that spoke of both agility and playfulness. Georgia was not just a cat; she was a master of companionship. Her purring, a gentle and rhythmic hum, could turn any moment into a comforting serenade. She had an uncanny ability to sense moods, offering comforting nudges during somber times and playful antics to uplift spirits. Story
Mr. Crackers, a mischievous black cat, was a study in contrasts. His sleek, black fur is mesmerizing, resembling a formal suit that only highlighted the playful twinkle in his green and gold eyes. His tiny pink nose and a perpetual smirk seemed to suggest an endless reserve of feline wit and humor. With a swagger in his step, Mr. Crackers navigated the world with an irrepressible energy. His whiskers, long and expressive, quivered with excitement as he surveyed his surroundings. This fearless feline had an insatiable curiosity, always on the lookout for the next great adventure or the perfect hiding spot for a surprise pounce. Known for his vocal talents, Mr. Crackers communicated with an amusing repertoire of trills, chirps, and the occasional raucous meow. His voice, like a one-cat symphony, echoed through the house, adding a whimsical soundtrack to his daily escapades. Despite his penchant for mischief, Mr. Crackers was also a master of charm. His affectionate headbutts and soft purrs endeared him to everyone he encountered, turning even the sternest hearts into devoted fans of this charismatic feline. In the tapestry of the household, Mr. Crackers was the thread that wove joy and laughter into the fabric of everyday life.
