Story
Luisa is estimated to be 1 year old. She was trapped at a local grocery store and was pregnant. She delivered 5 kittens via caesarean.  The babies have found homes and it is time for her to find her forever home. She is a bit shy at first but is learning how to be an indoor only cat. She loves to be pet. She doesn't mind getting picked up but doesn't like to be held for long. She has come a long way since being trapped and will get better with a little patience. All of our cats and kittens are examined by a veterinarian, Feline Leukemia/FIV tested, vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP, dewormed for internal parasites, checked for external parasites, current on heartworm prevention/flea control, and have been spayed/neutered.  Adoption fee is $120. Story
Orion and Lynx back with HBWV. They are brothers that we originally adopted out together in 2022, at around 4 months old. These great boys are back with us through no fault of their own. This bonded pair looks a lot alike, but Orion has the bigger black spots in front of his ears. Lynx's ears are bigger, and he has 3 black spots on his back. These kitties are full of energy and never stop playing and exploring. They play with anything and everything they can find. They are very friendly and always welcome any type of attention and treats. They love pets and will purr and roll around you to show you their affection. Orion warms up a bit quicker than Lynx, but both adjusted to the other cats and a dog in their foster home quickly. This pair would do best in a home where they are kept active, to help expel their high energy. After a full day of play, they love to sleep in the bed with their human during their down time. They are great cats, and deserve a adopter who will give them a wonderful forever home. All of our cats and kittens are examined by a veterinarian, Feline Leukemia/FIV tested, vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP, dewormed for internal parasites, checked for external parasites, current on heartworm prevention/flea control, and have been spayed/neutered.  Adoption fee is $120 each. Story
Atley and Reign are a bonded pair that came from a surrender/neglect situation. We have worked so hard to pull their personalities out!  These boys love all things toys, especially those springs that bounce all over and laser dots. Atley is the sweetest boy.  He is a snuggle bug and loves good pets and snuggles.  Atley is a brown tabby with cute white markings!   Reign is a shy but inquisitive and playful boy.  He is more shy and reserved but loves pets on the back of his neck. He is still unsure of pets anywhere else.  Reign is a gray tabby who loves to sleep with his belly up! Although they had a rough start, Atley and Reign love other cats and the small dog in his foster home. They also do well with children. While they are still cautious of humans, they enjoy being talked to and will talk back. Atley and his brother Reign will need adopted together. They will need a home that can provide them an abundance of love while being patient with them. In addition, they are on a special food diet. There is nothing better than watching Atley and his brother learn how to be a cat and learn that their world is safe again.  These boys are estimated to have been born 10/1/2023. Story
Crescent is a very sweet kitten. He demanded to be rescued near a feral colony. He loves being indoors but is also learning that some noises are ok. He has been known to hide a little when he gets scared, but he has a weakness for wet food and will come out when he hears the can open. He likes to be held and loves getting petted. He likes to chase, wrestle and play with his foster siblings. He would do best with another kitten his age that can show him how to cat. Story
Codie & Zack are a bonded pair.  Codie is a female, approximately 6 months old, all brown tabby.  Zack is a male, approximately 9 months old, brown tabby with white neck and paws. Codie is equally as sweet as her brother Zack, but takes a little more time to warm up to those around her. She’s extremely inquisitive and has to check things out to a T and loves to quickly swat things to make sure they’re safe. Similar to her brother, she is a purring machine who loves attention and a good scratch under the chin. She seems to love windows, and viewing her reflection in them and has the sweetest little meow. One thing about Codie is the bottoms of all of her paws are black, and I think it makes her stand out. Codie and Zack are the best of friends, and love staying together and cuddling up when they’re tired. Zack is a very sweet boy who loves a good belly rub and loves being the center of attention. This sweet boy is extremely social once he’s comfortable and is a purring machine. He’s full of energy and loves toys that make noise, and every now and then likes to spook his sister by surprise attacking her around the corner. His sister Codie and him are attached at the hip and love interlocking their tails, and sleeping on top of each other. Story
Introducing Doc! He is about 6 years old and is unfortunately de-clawed. He and his sister Chef were given up by his previous owner, which baffles my mind because he is the most wonderful boy. He is calm, friendly, and loves being around his people. His favorite things include neck scratches and taking warm naps in the sun. And don't let his foster mom's mediocre photography skills fool you; he is very handsome! He gets along with cats and dogs. Sadly, Doc does not have any medical knowledge, but being around him will definitely keep your heart happy and healthy!
