*If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If she is not marked pending, she is still available, please just submit an application** *Female cat *brown/black tabby *Approximately 1 1/2 years old as of February 2024 -Wendy and Peter came to us as an owner surrender, where they were living in a not very good situation. We were supposed to take three cats from the home as they were threatening to dump them outside, but before we could get them into foster, one of the cats was killed by the family dog :(. We were so glad to get these two but so sad one had been lost. Per her foster: “Wendy, is a 1.5 year old female who loves pets and quiet. She is great with other cats after slow introductions. She is shy at first, but with a little time will beg for pets.” She will do best at first kept in a smaller room, and then slowly given more space as she gets used to her new people! Older kids or adults are best for her as she can be scared at first. She is spayed, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. She will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that she cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $50 which includes all the vetting above.

We were so glad to get these two but so sad one had been lost. Per their foster: “Peter is a 1.5 year old male who is a perfect cat. He is good around other cats and bunnies. Peter will follow you from room to room, talks to you, and given a chance will jump right in your arms. He loves toys and does zoomies around the house. He may be full grown, but he is definitely still a kitten!” He is neutered, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. Peter had a slight heart murmur at the vet but we did a full heart panel on him and he is completely normal so the vet said it shouldn’t be anything to worry about. He will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that he cannot be declawed. Penny is a sweet, quiet girl who is shy at first but does warm up and enjoys being petted and loved on. She will do best at first kept in a smaller room, and then slowly given more space as she gets used to her new people! She is currently living with her daughters and sons and can be adopted with any of them or can be adopted to a home with other animals with slow introductions. *If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If she is not marked pending, she is still available, please just submit an application** **I am in foster in Pittsburgh ** *Female cat *brown tabby *Approximately 6 months old as of September 2024 -Sugar came in after she was found living outside with her siblings and mom and we are lucky we were able to take her into the rescue and ensure that she won’t have any babies! Per her foster: “ This is Sugar, also very hard to photograph because she is still very shy, but we named her Sugar because she is SO sweet! This is the one that just came out from under the bed the night before I took them to be vetted. After she allowed me to pet her, she was rolling around, snuggling with me, letting me pet her belly and giving me head butts. I was shocked at how friendly she was. She also needs more time to be socialized. She could probably use another cat buddy. She does play, but very cautiously so far.” She will do best at first kept in a smaller room, and then slowly given more space as she gets used to her new people! She is currently living with her mom and siblings and can be adopted with any of them or can be adopted to a home with other animals with slow introductions. Per her foster: “Appa is a regal queen, often found at the top of the cat tower observing everything around her, or watching birds outside. She is still a playful kitten, but also loves her quiet time. She especially loves feather toys. She is still getting used to us, so I feel she needs a little more time before she goes to a home, or needs a very patient adopter where she can have a quiet space and adjust for a few days. She is good with other cats, but sometimes gets annoyed with the kittens. She would love to go home with Penny, they are very close but I don't think they are bonded.” She will do best at first kept in a smaller room, and then slowly given more space as she gets used to her new people! *If interested in adopting, please READ and follow instructions below. If he is not marked pending, he is still available, please just submit an application** *Lucky is a featured pet so his adoption fee has been sponsored!* **I am in foster in Sharon** *male cat *black/white *Approximately 1 1/2 years old as of October 2024 -Lucky came to us after he was picked up as a stray outside in very bad shape. He was thin and had what we initially thought was a broken leg so he went straight to the emergency vet and stayed there a few days. His injury was found to be an old issue, which had no hope of being fixed so we ended up amputating it. He is a tripod but does so well! Lucky is the absolutely sweetest boy who loves laps and attention from his fosters. He makes muffins all day and is happy and sweet. He loves sleeping in bed with his fosters and their other kitties! He lives in a foster home with other cats and even rabbits and does so well! He would prefer to go to a home without dogs. Lucky is FIV positive but that is not what people really consider an issue anymore. He can live with no problem with other friendly kitties (slow introductions are always recommended), and just needs regular yearly vet care like a normal cat! He is neutered, Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. He will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that he cannot be declawed. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Adoption fee is $50 which includes all the vetting above.
