Story
Gracie is very affectionate but skittish and loves to hide. She is indoor-only and does not do well in a loud environment. She is very much a lap cat when things are calm and enjoys cuddling. Gracie will scratch furniture so any upholstery available to her needs to be cat-proofed. She has never had an accident outside of her litterbox but does not do well with other animals, especially dogs. Gracie loves a laser pointer or any toy to chase. She needs wet veterinarian diet food as she has had kidney stones in the past. For more information contact Katina at Hannah Pet Hospital 503.300.6458 or katina.burr@hannahpethospital.com

Story
Rehoming my senior(11) cat, he is unhappy being in a home with young kids and now we have another baby on the way he would probably be happy and healthier in a slower and less chaotic home. He would need to be in a home with no kids and no dogs, ideally no cats. He is very aggressive towards dogs. He is slightly overweight and this is something we have been working on with him. He is mostly indoors but does like to lay out in the sun in our back yard, does not leave our yard though. Not overly affectionate but does rub against legs and ask for pets as well as sometimes snuggle on the sofa. Would be happy in a calm home with someone looking for an older kitty companion. No medical issues as far as we know. He will come with a cat tree and his food!

Story
Hi, I'm Bleu! I'm a petite older lady looking for a loving home for my golden years. One of my people passed away and I was surrendered when my other person couldn't care for me anymore. I lived with 2 cats and a dog but didn't really love the other animals.I'm very sweet and gentle with people. I like to sit in a lap. I'm quiet and love to be near people. I meow sometimes for attention or if I don't like something. I have such a cute raspy meow.I'm a skinny lady and I have hyperthyroidism. I also was diagnosed with Stage 2/early Stage 3 kidney disease. I get subQ fluids 3 times a week to help keep my kidneys working well. I also take a little bit of heart medicine for a mild heart condition. Despite it all I am very engaging and friendly!I'm in a foster home so if you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org.My estimated birthdate is 11/1/2013.

Story
Meeeooow! I'm Smudge! I'm a petite and talkative young lady. I look like an older kitten but I'm actually closer to 3 years old. I came from the county shelter. I'm friendly and playful but sometimes like things on my terms. I don't like sharing my space with other cats. I would not do well with very small children. I'm in a foster home. If you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.orgMy estimated birthdate is 1/1/2021.

Oh hi, I'm Slim Jim. I'm a shy guy but very affectionate. I will drool when happy and I like to hold your hand in my paws when I know I'm safe.My person moved into a care facility and could not take me so I was abandoned outside. When it's quiet and it's just you and I, I like to lay on your chest/stomach and drool and nap.I had a dental in February with a few teeth removed. I'm in a foster home so please go to www.animalaidpdx.org to fill out an adoption application if you would like to meet me.My estimated birth date is 1/1/2018.

Story
Meow! I'm the handsome Kevin! I have cute little tips of fur on my ears that make me look like a lynx or wildcat. When my person passed away I was kicked outside where I was beat up a lot by other cats. I'm an affectionate guy but I can get a little overstimulated with too much petting and give a smack. I don't usually use my claws and I'm getting better on not doing this. I have allergies which may be food related or seasonal. When I came into the shelter I had lots of bald spots and scabs from scracthing off my fur. I'm doing great now with an allergy pill and prescription food and my fur is cleared up. I do well with other cats. My estimated birthdate is 2/2/2022.

Story
I originally adopted Cider from the Oregon Humane Society when I was 12 years old. She’s been a sweet, cuddly, playful, and amazing pet every day since then- but my living situation has recently downsized quite significantly, and I’ve been so busy between work and school that I worry about her quality of life… She’s never had any health issues until some gingivitis that started up last year, and I’ve been paying for regular dental cleanings and tooth protecting treatments regularly. She has an account with Banfield until July of next year, as well. She’s only 11-12 years old, and still has a wonderful life ahead of her- I just want to make sure she’s taken care of properly by a loving family that’s deserving of her…
