Hello there, I'm Cheddar Sun Chips. I'm a sweet soul, a little shy, but once you get to know me, you'll see I'm full of love. I'm a mellow lady, preferring quiet cuddles over wild chases. I have a gentle spirit that shines in my tender purrs and soft nuzzles. I've heard humans say that I'm friendly, and I think they're right. I enjoy the company of others, whether it's a gentle stroke of a hand or the soft whisper of a voice. I'd love a home where I can share my affection. Why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to fill your days with warmth, tranquility, and unwavering friendship. If you're looking for a calm companion, I'm your girl. I'm Cheddar Sun Chips, and I can't wait to meet you. Story
Hi everyone! I am looking for a new home for Bub. He’s 4 years old and super sweet. He’s very chill and just likes to walk around and play with his toys. I love him so much but due to some circumstances around moving I’m absolutely unable to keep him. I applied no fee to this post, all I ask is that he goes to someone who with love and take care of him. I also like to think he’s super smart. He knows his name when u call him and knows how to look extra cute to get treats.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.CEREAL is part of the Breakfast Litter who hails from North Spirit Lake and headed south with his mum and siblings (Waffle, Granola, Smoothie and Porridge) to find their loving families. He’s had his first set of vaccines, a microchip, dewormer, Revolution and been deemed a healthy boy by his vet. His neuter is booked for April 29th so his adopter would need to be available to bring him to Barrie for it. He’s an unusual looking Tabby as although he has typical Tabby stripes, he does have little tufts of beige which he gets from mum seeing as she’s a Torti. This high energy little “Curious George” is an explorer and he leaves no place unturned from his curiosity. He likes to be held but not for long as he knows adventure always awaits him. CEREAL is litter box trained and had it figured out at 4 weeks of age. He’s fostered with puppies so would suit being in a home with a dog. He also has a cat in the foster home that he interacts with so would suit being with another cat in the home. In both cases we still suggest a slow, monitored introduction and if a dog, that it be kept leashed during their initial meetings. He loves running through the tunnel and chasing crinkle toys across the floor. He’s just started to climb the cat tree but he’s at the stage where he thinks you run up it to simply run down it again. He loves to sleep in the hammock that’s at the top of a catio and that’s where he cozily sleeps at night. He eats both kibble and wet food plus he’s quite partial to Temptation treats. Children have to be aged 6 plus and be loving, gentle and considerate to animals. CEREAL’s adopter must be in agreement for his neuter date listed above (we can be flexible by a day or two if that day doesn’t work for them) but it has to be done by 4 months of age as per our rescue policy and adoption agreement. The adopter can use their own vet for the surgery and we will reimburse what we would’ve paid at the SPCA. We just need a copy of the neuter invoice and a current photo (preferably in his cone) to do so. If CEREAL sounds like he’ll fit right in with you/your family then please submit an adoption application to meet him.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 3, 2025, 4:20 pm
