Story
"Well hello there, I am Valerie but my friend sometimes call me Val. I have been with KLAWS since November 2021 and boy have I blossomed since arriving. I have an estimated date of birth of June 19, 2017. My foster home has helped me become the best kitty ever, however I would love ❤️ to find my forever home. I have both cat and dog friends so I could get along with either, as long as we have proper introductions. I love to sleep near my people and have one of the loudest purrs so I can catch your attention. I love to be social and eat my meals with everyone else in the kitchen. I do also know the sound of the treat jar but my foster is cheap and will only give me a couple. She says I need to watch my figure." Valerie will need to remain on her current Hills Prescription Diet C/D Multicare Stress, both wet and dry, as she has previously had sporadic bouts of hematuria due to stress. Since Valerie has left the shelter and entered our care she has not had any occurrences at all in her foster home. We have added in a variety of wet foods to give her more options. She will require measured, timed feedings as she is currently the perfect weight and size. Valerie would enjoy the company of a similar personality friend with slow and proper introductions. Her forever home and family should be a calmer and quiet environment. Our pets need their own safe space for the first little while to help them become familiar with their new surroundings (environment, smells, sounds, people, pets, etc) to be successful and comfortable in their forever home. Please send an email to 4klaws@gmail.com if you have any questions or are ready to welcome Valerie into your furever family. Adoption Fee: $200 (includes deworm, deflea, vaccinations, microchip, spay) To help us find Valerie a purrfect family, please care and share #4klaws #4klawskitties #4klawsfosters #adoptdontshop #spayneuter #rescuesareworthit *All KLAWS kitties are required, by signed contract, to be indoor only and not declawed. "Carter here, on the prowl to find my forever home. I came to KLAWS in July 2023 with an estimated date of birth of April 7, 2023. Cat scratchers, furry mice & and springs, only name a few of my favourite toys. My furry foster friends and I enjoy running & playing most of the day. I also look forward to my human foster snuggles as well. Getting some love and attention throughout the day can make a guy feel loved. I would love the company of a furry friend in my forever home especially when the humans are away." Story
"Welcome back, friends. I am Star. I came to KLAWS in July 2023 with an estimated date of birth of April 7, 2023. I love to play with and chase all my furry foster friends around the house. How else are we supposed to use up all our energy? I am not a fan of playing rough, though, so when the boys start to get rough, I sit out and snuggle with my foster mom. I would love to have a furry friend in my forever home to keep me company while the humans are away." Story
Purchased as a kitten from Humane Society 5 years ago. She is a curious little girl raised in an adult home. She is very inquisitive liking to know what you are doing....if you are looking in a drawer she is beside you looking too.....if you are fixing something she is beside you watching and helping. She reaches out to you when you are near, she is a sweet little girl that enjoys sleeping with you. Unfortunately my other 5 year old female cat and her were spooked by something outside, since then our other cat does not got along with Kallie even though Kallie is fine with her and we have to keep them separated. She is an indoor cat with excellent litter box manners. She does need portioned meals as will overeat if free fed. She does get along with son's 100 pound Labrador dog but unsure if she would be okay with constant exposure.

Story
Meet Thumper! He is bonded with his brother Bambi! This little rascal is the brother of Bambi. Thumper has a very unique look to him. His beautiful green eyes and white fur make him very handsome. Thumper has just decided he too wants to be the center of your world. He was very timid when he arrived and has since come out of his shell. He is becoming quite the lap cat! He loves to be pet & brushed. He has very soft fur. He can also run like the wind! The boys play together & run through the house! Thumper gets along with all the foster kitties & the fosters husky dog Slate. He loves to play with his brother as he steals the spring and runs the halls with the spring in his mouth. He is a beautiful kitty with great colouring, as we rarely see a mostly white kitten with black spots. Thumper also loves the bay window or sliding doors where he will sit for hours watching the squirrels or birds. He loves a view of the wildlife outside. Thumper & Bambi would be a great addition to any family.
