Hi, I'm Olive! I'm a 2 year old grey tuxedo and I've been here since September of 2024! I love getting lots of pets! I have lots of energy and I love playing with toys and running around the play room! I'm not too sure about cats at the moment but I seem to be okay with calmer cats.

Story
Hi, I'm Daffodil. I am a 3 year old tuxedo cat and I've been at the shelter since March of 2023. I can be a little nervous at first but once I get to know you I will love you forever! I love getting pets but I don't really like being picked up as it makes me nervous. I can be selective with the cats that I like and it takes me a bit longer to get used to them. I prefer calm cats that know when to give me space. Dogs make me pretty nervous so I would prefer a home without them. I can't wait to find my furever home!

I can be a little shy when I meet new people but once I get to know you, I love getting lots of pets! I like some cats but I do take a little longer to get used to anyone new. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Wynona is shy at first -- she is extremely sweet when she is comfortable, but give her a few days and she will be ready for some human attention. She loves chin scratches and just to be near her human. She gets along with other non-dominant cats and will just mind her own business -- she does not do well with cats who will bully her. Wynona is quick to seek out human company when comfortable. While she does get along with other cats, proper acclimation is extremely important in the process of adjusting to a new home and other cats. Wynona has a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. If you would like to adopt, please fill out the application through the link or the website at -www.whiskersofohio.org - please note that the "I'm interested" tab on Petfinder does NOT act as an application, this should only be used for specific questions before committing to an adoption. You will receive an email confirmation when your application goes through. We make no breed guarantees, we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered 501c3 non-profit organization, with ZERO paid workers or admins. Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.

Patches is male, and is missing one of his back toes due to an injury from this at birth. He is very sweet and vocal, and loves his sister! Peggy just had her back leg amputated, also due to a birth injury. Two of the sweetest kittens that you will ever meet, and both are dealing well with their disabilities. They are 3 months old, and each has a $125 adoption fee.
