This is Katniss (hunger Games)...she was a rescue...we were told she was at these people's home and they had been feeding her but they were going to Florida for winter and were worried about her, so we took her in...she is declared front and back and has been a strictly indoor only pampered cat with us for 11 years...my mom had a stroke last November and has been living with us.. my mom is highly allergic and is suffering greatly...I hate to do this, as we r the family she knows but my mom is important too...please help and take in this beautiful girl...she is set in her ways and really does not like kids bothering her. She is a lap cat tho and loves to just lay with you...she is 12

Story
🐾 Meet Dougie, our shelter special! 🐾 This little guy has a story as unique as his personality. Dougie was raised by our very own Cat Tech 🩺—and, well, that could mean he’s either a perfect angel 😇 or a certified wild child 😜. Honestly? He’s a bit of both, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💕 Snuggling is Dougie’s #1 hobby—though his playful streak definitely gives it a run for its money. His favorite activities include: - Being held like a human baby 👶🐱 - Perching on your shoulder like a parrot 🦜 (we keep reminding him he’s *not* a bird, but he only kinda listens 🤷‍♀️) - Making the most *hilarious* and un-catlike sounds 🎵😹 Dougie’s brown-and-white tabby coat is a true showstopper—his marbled pattern gives him a wild, adventurous look 🌟. And speaking of wild, he proudly proclaims himself *the fastest kitty in the cat house* 🏎️💨 (though we’re still waiting for the official time trials 🕒). As a tiny kitten, Dougie faced a big challenge: he had a botfly wound in his neck 😟. But with medicine, observation, and his indomitable spirit 💪, he bounced back stronger than ever. He’s been a champion of health and happiness ever since! Don’t miss your chance to meet this one-of-a-kind kitty! 🏡🐾 Dougie’s ready to snuggle his way into your heart—and maybe onto your shoulder too. 💕Dougie's adoption fee is $90, he is 5 months old, vaccinated, flea & tick treated, microchipped and neutered. You can stop in anytime between 12-5 pm Tuesday through Friday and 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet them or any of our available cats and kittens. Story
Meet Wendy's 🍔🐱, the former super-mama who’s been through the fire and come out stronger! Despite a serious wound on her face, she never missed a beat caring for her little ones. ❤️👶 Now that her kittens, Ghost Pepper and Asiago Ranch Legs, are ready to find homes, Wendy’s is finally living life on her terms! 🌟🐾This hilarious gal is new to the indoor life 🏠 and has taken to it with style! She's got a bit of sass and isn’t shy about voicing her ahem "opinion" on overly playful kittens. 😼👋 These days, she’s embraced her inner couch potato 🛋️ and is ready to relax in a loving home. Wendy’s may have retired from the mama business, but she’s still got tons of love and laughs to give. 💖Wendy's is around a year old, she weighs about 8 lbs. She is spayed, litter box trained, vaccinated, negative for Felv & FIV, flea & tick treated and microchipped.Wendy's adoption fee is $60. You can stop in anytime between 12-5 pm Tuesday through Friday and 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet them or any of our available cats and kittens.
