About 8 months old, about 6.25 pounds. Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped. Uses litter box. Dog friendly. She found us one night as we were walking our dog. We gave her a bit of canned dog food so she wouldn't go hungry and we posted about her for the neighborhood but no one claimed her. She came back the next night and followed us on the dog walk. We took her in for the night and contacted some shelters the next day but none had space, so we're keeping her until she finds her forever home. She is very friendly, and was rubbing herself against our legs and our neighbors' legs before we even brought her in. She is not afraid of our dog (a medium-sized dog) and rubs herself on him, too. After just three days, we were discussing how surprised we were at how well she had adapted to being a house cat. She likes to be near us, whether that means being on our desks while we work, being on the couch with us, or lying on a pet bed nearby. She enjoys hunting her toys and is quite playful.

I am looking to rehome my two loving cats together. Dixie (Female) and Milo (Male) . AGE: Dixie (DOB 04/15/2020) is 4.5 years old and Milo (DOB 03/31/2021) is 3.5 years old. SPAYED/NEUTERED: Yes, both cats are spayed and neutered. My cats get along very well with each other but they do not like other animals. Milo is very shy when first meeting new people but once he comes around, he loves his humans very much; he is well known for meowing to be picked up or pet. Dixie is a sweet and sassy girl, she loves following her humans around the house and sitting with them as much as possible. Both my cats love playing with each other and snuggling each other.

Rayne and his brother Mooney were rescued from a local cat colony in Mebane right after Helene storm came through They are now approximately13 weeks old. They are bonded brothers and we want to find a forever home they can live in together. They start purring as soon as you touch them. They enjoy playing and wrestling with each other. They love to fall asleep on or next you. Super sweet, happy, curious, adaptable, and loving. Litter box trained. Right now they are living with 3 other cats and an older dog. They are wonderful and respectful. Tested negative for FELV/FIV, received 1st FVRCV vaccine. Dewormed with Pyrantel. Next vaccination are coming up soon. We promised these boys they would be together always. Looking for a loving home for these 2 to land. They are wonderful. Kind of remind me of dogs because they follow us around a lot. You won’t be disappointed with these 2 kids. Come meet them.

Foster Notes:Pinto Bean is a little tabby girl who despite the challenges in her early life which resulted in a leg and most of her tail being removed, is filled with joy! She actively gets around, loves to play, and enjoys snuggling. She enjoys being around other cats and would likely do best in a home where she gets lots of attention. She enjoys eating wet food and uses her litter box diligently!All she wants for Christmas is her very own family and loving home! Pinto Bean is a special kitty. She was found severely injured this past summer while just a tiny kitten and the wonderful BAS staff were able to save her even though it meant amputating her left rear leg and part of her tail. She has thrived in her foster home despite also having a permanent injury to her left front leg as well. She gets around just fine as long as she doesn’t have to navigate stairs and can run faster than you’d ever imagine! She is truly one of the happiest kittens ever. She loves other kittens and cats and her favorite activity is finding the nearest warm lap to snuggle in so she can be petted. Pinto Bean is ready to have a family of her very own. She is a little shy at first, but with patience and love she will curl up next to you while you work (she may try to climb on your laptop!) or play with chasing toys. She loves climbing, fuzzy blankets, and sitting on shelves. She is also a total cuddle bug! She is getting very comfortable with people and touch, and enjoys curling up with a blanket in someone`s lap at the end of the day. She loves to play, the chasing toy is her favorite right now. Farley is a handsome boy who is a little quirkyuntil he`s comfortable with a person or situation. For example, after you bring him on the couch and let him sit there with you, then he`s comfortable letting you see him there and will come up to visit with you. He`s very sweet once he`s comfortable with his person or people. He loves to play with the other kittens and cats and learns from them. He would do best with another older cat or cats in his home that will play with him and teach him to cat. He is a panleukopenia survivor and, any cats in the home must be up to date on their FVRCP vaccinations and should be a year old or older. He is dog tolerant and is comfortable around the large dog in his foster home.
