Story
Trash Kitty comes from a stray/feral cat colony living in the parking lot of a factory in a rough part of Greensboro. She is a female, short-haired black cat with a slight lip abnormality (but otherwise seems to be in good health). Her unusual name stems from her habit of eating out of outdoor trash cans and dumpsters (often scaring unexpecting night shift employees!). Thankfully, she and her 6 kittens were caught and rescued before cold weather began to set in. She is currently being fostering until she can find a loving forever home. Though she may be timid at first, Trash Kitty is a very, sweet and playful girl, who enjoys being petted and brushed. She is litterbox trained, comfortable around other cats, eats both dry and wet cat food, and has been treated for fleas and worms. She is not yet spayed and hasn't had her shots yet.

Story
He's 17 years old but still acts like a kitten. He is very friendly. I've has him for 15 years, he's fixed and declawed so he won't be able to ruin your furniture. I rescued him from an apartment community. He had hours original shots but he's totally an indoor cat. He likes to cuddle and purrs like a motor boat. This is breaking my heart but my health is declining rapidly. I've had 3 surgeries in 18 months and sadly I can no longer take care of him. Someone please help

Story
Oreo was one of several feral cats that showed up at my house. I have tamed him as well as 6 others. When he showed up, he was aggressive with the others, so they don't trust him. I have had him about 2.5 years. I am re-homing him because he intimidates the others. He is very sweet and loves to be rubbed. He is used to country living on a quiet road. I think he would get along with dogs once he gets used to them. He loves companionship and attention.

Story
Freelo is a ~1 year old stray that showed up at our home last summer. She was underweight but otherwise healthy and eager for affection. We got her spayed, vaccinated, and up to a healthy weight. She is a wonderful cat, incredibly loyal, chatty, loves to have all of your attention. Full grown she is still very petite. She is an avid hunter and enjoys being outdoors but equally enjoys being indoors. She currently lives as an outdoor/garage cat but I believe would be happy fully indoors. She uses her litterbox or goes outside. She was initially afraid of our animals but has slowly warmed up to our cat. Unfortunately my dogs chase her off any chance they get so I've been keeping them separated but it's taking a toll, which is my main reason for rehoming. I think she could live with dogs if they respected her space. I adore her but would love to see her in a home where she recieved more attention and indoor living. She's a true tortie, sometimes spicy but primarily extra affectionate.

Story
Nebula has been in foster care since she was about 6 weeks old. She was the runt of her litter and is still very small. She LOVES food including Delectables Cat Bisque and wet food, but her fosters have helped her with some table manners! She loves to play with a feather wand and loves to watch birds and squirrels. She tends to get nervous around small children and loud noises, so a calmer home would suit her best. Apply to adopt this sweet girl at www.sparklecatrescue.org ##1119715##

Story
Handsome is a very particular cat, he makes it well known you must earn his trust first...but once you do this big boy makes the reward well worth the effort. He will be the first one in bed at night and his choosen place is in a leg curve or propped up on one like it is an armed chair. He has the funniest voice to come out of such a large cat and will gladly demonstrate his agility skills when any stringed toy is presented. Handsome is very affectionate to his cat family but prefers to seek human affection on his own terms, making it very obvious by meowing or rolling back and forth in front of your feet. Handsome was relocated to a second foster home a few months ago and is getting along well with other foster cats in the home.  He has also been very loving to the foster kittens in the home. ##1191272##

Story
I previously came from a feral colony. My ear was clipped when I was spayed and released back. I eventually made my way to a kind lady that would feed me.  I am very sweet and when I want attention I will sit and stare patiently until you hold out your hand. I enjoy flopping myself on the floor when you rub me and flipping side to side. I literally get along with all cats because I am very secure with myself and unphased.  ##1370779##
