Story
Cupid and Lillian are liter mates. I adopted them when they were kittens and have had them for 7 years. They are very loving, sweet cats. They are super affectionate and enjoy napping in the sun and curling up in bed. While they will play and rumble together sometimes they mostly like to relax. They are indoor cats. It is a really difficult decision rehoming them and one that has taken me a few years, but I feel it’s unfair to them to keep them in our home because they have become increasingly stressed as our family has grown. While they cohabitate fine with our dog and young children (will sleep in the bed with them). They run away and hide when the kids approach them granted they are loud and come on strong despite us trying to reiterate being gentle. Our dog also doesn’t allow the cats in the living room/common areas and will chase them out and is hostile toward the cats. it isn’t the best environment for them. They would thrive in a quiet home. With a mellow dog or older kids.

Story
At 7 years old, this sweet girl is bursting with love and ready to bring joy to a lucky family. She loves scratches, enjoys being held, and will absolutely steal your heart! When she arrived, Twilight was wearing a collar that was much too tight, leaving her neck without fur. But don't worry - it's already growing back, and she's healing beautifully! Calm Dog Friendly? It's reported she does well with calm dogs, though we haven't tested that here yet.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Nugget, a resilient 2.5-year-old feline with a quiet charm and a big heart. Originally from a shelter in Kentucky, Nugget came to us after six months without receiving the medical care he needed. Now neutered, vaccinated, and ready to start fresh, he'll be available for adoption in early January. Nugget thrives in a calm and understanding environment. He prefers a home without other cats or children and would do best with someone who respects his boundaries and lets him seek affection on his own terms. While we don't know much about his past, we're confident he deserves a loving home where he can feel secure and cherished. If you're ready to provide Nugget with the time and patience he needs to settle in, he'll be a loyal companion in return. Give this special boy the forever home he deserves!

Story
Hoot is a one-year-old black and white beauty who came in as a stray, caring for her four little babies. Now that her motherhood duties are complete, she’s ready to find her forever home, but she’s a bit of a shy, sweet soul. Like a wise owl, Hoot prefers to stay in her cozy “cave” while she gets to know you. She’s a little hesitant at first but give her some time and patience, and you’ll see her gentle side emerge. With slow movements and a soft touch, Hoot will let you pet her and show you just how sweet she really is. She may not be the most outgoing at first, but like a patient owl, she’ll watch and wait for the right moment to trust.Hoot would do best in a home without dogs and could possibly be okay with a calm, laid-back cat.Are you ready to be her safe haven? With time, Hoot will be your loyal, quiet companion, perched by your side.
