MARBLE / 11.5 YEARS / DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR CAT Marble came to Grey Face due to her former owner passing away. She loves her naps, laying on the floor and getting the occasional catnip treat. Marble also likes to be brushed and snuggle by your side. She would love multiple scratching posts and maybe some indoor grass, as she did go outside occasionally with her prior owner and loved the grass. Marble was overweight when she first came to Grey Face, but has successfully lost her excess weight with the help of her dedicated foster. She's ideally looking for someone that can continue to pay attention to her diet and portion feed her on a regular schedule. Dogs: No - Marble is very afraid of dogs! I’m a fan of scratching posts and always use my litterbox like the well-mannered lady I am. While I’m still learning to trust new people and can be a little shy at first, I’m sure to blossom with patience and a calm environment.
