Story
Meet Dale!   Dale is a sweet boy who came to us with his brother, Chip. Sweet Dale is a loving and curious little boy. He likes to adventure around the house to find the BEST napping spot. He is a low maintenance little man, who enjoys napping the day away in the sun. He enjoys cuddles and pets, and will play when you bring out the wand toys. He gets along so well with kids, cats and dogs! He will pitch a fit about the new cats in his new environment but will slowly grow out of it. We recommend a proper introduction to speed the process up. Dale is fully litter trained and does great on car rides. He is ready to find his furever home! Is that you?! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper (PCR) vaccines appropriate to age, Feline leukemia/FIV/HW test, rabies vaccine, and heartworm, ear mite & flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $250 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 7, 2024, 5:49 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. //   Find our applications at www.midwestanimalrescue.orgAdoption Fee: $250 plus taxMy name is Yuri and just like my other siblings I am named after an amazing individual. I am named after Yuri Gagarin the first human to orbit the Earth. I know that my future is bright and my forever home will love me and take me on great adventures some day. Maybe I to will orbit the globe like my human counter part did, but with my loving family by my side. I live with other cats and a dog so I am very well socialized. I hope to meet my forever family some day but till then I will leave you with some inspiring words from the human I was named after.    “Orbiting Earth in the spaceship, I saw how beautiful our planet is. People, let us preserve and increase this beauty, not destroy it!”&#226&#128&#149 Yuri Gagarin  * Kittens under 4 months tend to do best in homes with another cat or kitten for socialization.  If you have previously applied with us please email adoptionatmars@gmail.com to reactivate your application with new interest.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  or    *The pet you are viewing is a rescued pet which is most often from an animal control facility and does not come with a pedigree. The breed(s) listed are our best guess and are in no way guaranteed. Sometimes the pets appear to be a particular breed(s) in the pictures we receive from our rescue partners and when they arrive we are surprised to see an entirely different breed(s) in person!  If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess. It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called 'cute' as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification! Completion of an Adoption Application via our website www.midwestanimalrescue.org is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in our adoption process.  *Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.  Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance. //

I maybe small but some day I to will go down in history for a great many things. I just know my forever home will make that happen and we will explore the world around us together. At home I live with my siblings, Scobee, Yuri, Ansari, Sally Mae, and Finkey along with our fosters residential cats and their dog. I’m a sweet and lovely girl that loves a calm environment. I love to find a comfy spot to curl up and take a nap, whether it’s a lap or a blanket, I’m there. I’m small and dainty with an adorable personality. You will love my little paws, my purrs and my beautiful coloring. Unfortunately I had to loose all my teeth to bad genetics, so I always have my tongue sticking out, I like to think it makes me a little unique. I prefer wet food as I can’t crunch the hard food. Im may seem like a lot but I’m just a simple girl looking for the perfect family. Story
Zeus and Darkness are both shelter cats, Zeus is from a shelter in buffalo MN, while Darkness is from a local shelter in WI. Zeus has been though a lot in his life, he was a stray who was found, then was beat up in the shelter he was in, to the point where they had to put him with the elderly cats Zeus also at one point got outside of our home and was missing for 31 days, we spent every day looking for him and found him safe and healthy Darkness was adopted during the window from Zeus missing till he was found, and they hit it off without a second thought. They spend every moment together, they play together, eat together and sleep together From the moment Zeus got back, those two have barely been apart Zeus did have an issue early on with the litter box, not using it, but using it wrong, once we switched the breeze system it fixed it right up There parent has been out of the home for over a 1 1/2 years and I am in a spot where I can't keep them properly, they are bonded heavily.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! My name is Clove! I’m the sweetest girl, and love to cuddle! It doesn’t matter what time or place, I love to be in my peoples arms. I’m extremely affectionate with all my people. If I’m playing and I see you, I will immediately jump into your arms!  I love to play with my siblings and I am very good at winning the top of the cat tree from my siblings. My people always talk about the funny faces I make when I get excited or shocked. Sometimes, I will give a full show of my poof before realizing that everything is okay. One pet from my people and I’m comfortable with the situation! I tend to get most shocked when I hear loud noises, like the vacuum, I don’t like that thing very much. I can take a minute to get used to my surroundings sometimes but once I do, I will always come to find my people for more love! Come visit me and maybe I’ll jump into your arms too!Priority will be given to applicant that can bring to spay appointment in Buffalo, MN prior to adoption.  Please apply for at https://mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.orgVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 9:49 am

Story
My name is Frankie and I am kind of shy. I had kind of a hard start in life when someone mean threw me from a car. But don’t worry, the vet said I am fine. I hide when I am not sure what is going on. Like when someone new comes to the door. With my person I am super confident. When you bring me home you may have to be patient. Don’t worry, I will come out. Once I get to know you I will enjoy playing with you. I especially like to leap at a Cat Dancer or play with a spring. Streamers are fun too. My mom works at home and made me a special place on her desk so I can be near her while she works. She calls me her emotional care cat. I don’t know what that means… I do like to sit right next to her and make biscuits. I don’t think I would like a dog very much and think a quiet person would make a good home for me. That way you could be my best friend. Mom’s daughter has bad allergies which is why I have to find a new home. I am sad but know I will make someone very happy.

Story
My name is Zim but but I am often called Zimmerman. Not sure why but I like it that they have a special name for me. I 18 months old and am a big love who likes pets. I will flirt with you by rolling over on my back so you can pet my tum. I will sit in your lap or next to you and make biscuits. I purr and will let you know how much I like you. I also like to climb and love cat trees. I like to play with springs and little balls. A lot. I like to explore. I have a quiet meow that I use at food time. I have really neat black stripes that make me feel like a tiger! I will do well in a home with kids. The dogs I have met were more afraid of me than I was with them. I am not even scared of the vet! My mom’s daughter has allergies so I need a new home. I have to live in the basement when I would rather be with you.
