Story
Low maintenance cat here! I'm Darby! ‍ Darby is all about chill vibes. She loves cuddling up on a fuzzy warm blanket, eating her favorite snacks, and enjoying the cool air through an open window.  This sweet black cat would be great for almost any home as she's great with cats, kids, and calm dogs. She's been thriving in her foster home, but would love a forever home where she can bask in the sun and spend time with the people and cat friends she trusts. A little shy at first, Darby warms up quickly and is very easy going. She loves just relaxing with her people and other cats.  Could you be the perfect match for darling Darby? Story
Hi I'm Debbie, named after a character in the movie Groundhog Day because my mom chose to take shelter for me and my siblings in a groundhog den under the pole barn of a Happy Feet volunteer!  We much prefer posh indoor living, and we are quickly learning that humans love and protect us. I use my litter box and I am very curious to play with my furry friends. When I am not exploring, I am lounging on windowsills or laying in the bathroom sink. I am glad my life is not like the Groundhog Day movie, and that I'll never have to repeat homeless outdoor life again. Story
Meet the O-mazing Omlet - an orange and white wonder kitten. He was rescued from the streets along with his siblings, Cheerio and Oatmeal. Despite his challenging start, Omlet is ready to find a loving home where he can thrive. Omlet may need a little time to get used to new surroundings, but with patience and some tasty churu treats, he becomes a true lover. Omlet loves to play hard and enjoys having a variety of toys to choose from. He’s always up for a fun game! He enjoys looking out windows, watching the world go by, and soaking up the sun - and will attack pesky birds on tv. Omlet loves spending time with his cat friends and is especially protective of his sister Cheerio, always looking out for her. Omlet has a purr that rivals any motorcycle and a verticle jump that would make an NBA player jealous. Once he is used to his people, he is the first to jump into a lap and curl up for pets and purrs and biscuit making.  Omlet and Cheerio together would thrive in a home that understands their need for a little time to acclimate and is willing to provide them with plenty of love and patience. A family that can offer variety of toys and a cozy window spot would be perfect. Omlet is looking for a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and happy. If you’re ready to welcome this sweet, playful kitten into your life, come meet Omlet today! Story
From the Tree Litter:*Cedar* is a goofball! He is an adventurous tuxedo baby who is black with more white on him. He enjoys being held and will be the first to greet someone, chatting at you for lovins (see pictures attached). He enjoys above the tail or ear scratches the most. His purrbox gets loud when you find his sweet spot 🐈‍⬛ He loves kids, likes cats - although he gets spicy with other kitties at mealtime but we are working on correcting this behavior, and doesn't seem to mind dogs. He is an estimated 8 weeks old, microchipped, neutered, on monthly flea prevention and have had his first vaccines. He will get his second round of vaccines and FIV/FeLV test before adoption 🙂 To apply, visit newhopepetrescue.com/adoptCan't adopt?
