She's an older cat who was left behind with a younger cat (her daughter?) Harmony, when her people were evicted from their home. They still come back most days to feed them & one of our volunteers stops by each day to play with them & make certain they have food & shelter. But they keep asking to be let back inside the only home they've ever known, not realizing it's owned by a bank now. Melony is affectionate, gets along well with other cats. She will be vetted before being placed. SSTNR can cover food, flea treatments & any necessary medications or vet visits four our fosters.

Update 11.13: Still available. ADOPTABLES! Melody & Harmony are ready for their new forever home! These two PLAYFUL, SASSY jeweled torties are likely related. We aren't certain but Melody MAY be Harmony's mom. Both girls were raised together, but their dad died and the rest of the family left them behind when the bank foreclosed on the property. They did come back to feed them until we took over for them. These girls LOVE string toys. Harmony you may remember from last Nov. as the kitten who got herself stuck high in a tree & we needed to call for help from tree trimmers to get her down for her dad. Both girls are spayed, updated on vaccinations today, combo tested, microchipped and ready for their next adventure!

UPDATE 12.19 STILL AVAIALABLE! Update 11.13 - Still no takers for Benny. This cat has an AMAZING personality! Please help! ADOPTER or Foster-to-Adopt home NEEDED FOR BENNY: This cat has a HUGE personality! When he went to clinic as a kitten in 2015, there were 68 other cats & kittens being vetted that day, but, EVERYONE (vets, techs, TNR trappers, volunteers, & families dropping off & picking up their own pets, knew Benny's name by the end of the day! He greeted EVERYONE, asked for cuddles from EVERYONE & talked to EVERYONE! Benny was adopted but is being returned because his adopter is moving & can no longer care for him. He is a great cat who likes dogs & cats. He does have chronic sniffles & so will need monitoring. We've had a lot of luck with these cats by treating with imuquin & allergy meds (1/2 a generic Claritin a day, which may well work for Benny too). We will have Benny vetted before placement to see if that treatment is right for him. He is neutered & will be updated on his vaccinations before being placed.

Meet Rosie, an approximately 3.5-year-old affectionate feline in search of her foreverhome. Rosie needs to be the only pet in the house and promises to shower you with love and companionship. The moment Rosie meets someone new, she eagerly climbs into their lap, making you feel special and loved. At night, Rosie loves to start out by sleeping on your chest, eventually moving to yourside, making her a delightful sleeping companion. She is also excellent in the car, napping during the ride. Rosie is well-behaved when it comes to scratching, preferring her cat tree or scratchers. A quick "eh eh" redirects her when she scratches somewhere inappropriate, though this doesn't happen often.
