Hi there, I got Kaliyah from a friend who found her as a kitten. She should be a year old in mid November. I’ve had her for about 10 months. She is the absolute sweetest fur baby. I would love to keep her unfortunately I’m unable to financially support two cats. She loves to play, get attention, & cuddle. Kaliyah seems to get along great with other cats, it’s my older cat who is a grumpy toad. Kaliyah would be best fitted in a home with other playful cats or with someone who can give her all the love and affection she needs. She loves to drink from the sink & thinks it’s the perfect bed. She’s still young so she’s a bit shy at first but once she opens up she’s quite vocal. Plus she still has a little bit of that kitten meow to her. She’d honestly such a silly lovable cat. Benson is a bonded pair with Cosmo, and I would like them to be adopted together if possible. Benson is a chill cat who prefers adults. He can be aloof or he can be a cuddle bug depending on his mood. He’s not afraid of new people but he will do best in a home without small children, people who use mobility aids, and dogs.

Salem is a 3 years old cuddle bug I found at a shelter in small town Iowa. I adopted him because I thought my older cat needed a friend but every time Salem comes around him, my older cat hisses and growls. Salem tries so hard for acceptance but no luck. I can tell Salem would enjoy living in a home with another cat who likes cats. He is very friendly and playful. He’s great with my young nieces when they come over and would be a great addition to a home with kids.

Porsche is a young cat with a rough start. He and his brother were dumped on a porch in the rain. We are working to prove to him he is safe and will never be abandoned again. Persephone is a beautiful cream-colored cat with one green eye and one blue eye. She is absolutely terrified of the shelter environment. She and her sister Styx originally came from a closed animal shelter in Kansas and were adopted together 4 years ago. Both girls were returned to us when their human moved in with a family full of allergies. After a few years in her previous home, she refused all human contact. She came to us seriously matted and angry. After a full haircut, she looks much better but is still terrified and scared. The shelter is not a good placement for her, but we are doing our best.
