Story
Cleo is a beauty, with a very unique coloring to her coat. Cleo is about 3 to 4 years old and has the body of an older kitten. Cleo is so sweet, playful and loving and very photogenic. Cleo tells us she's a bit of a kitten model, strutting down the "catwalk" making alot of money however, her moding career has come to a halt at the shelter as most kitty photographers don't frequent shelters much. Cleo is ready to get her new home and career back on track and promises to love her person nonstop. Cleo has lived with another kitty and dog so is good with just about any type of atmosphere but just remember - this girl is still working on her career so needs to be respected while meeting her goals. ........ Story
Finley is a stunning little boy who came to us with his brother, Tinsel as feral kittens. Finley was still the very shyest of them until he spent his first couple days in Kitten Corral when he figured out this was a great place to live. Its certainly not a forever home but Finley loves to play with his brother and other kittens and be loved on by the staff. Finley thinks love is a pretty cool thing and would love a home with that same kind of love as he gets here, only more of it! ........ We do ADOPTIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Story
Blu is searching for her special forever home. 💙 At around 3.5 months old, she’s already faced the challenges of life on the streets, rescued alongside her sister—who has since found her own family. Blu came from a small colony where her mom and grandma were unsterilized, continuously giving birth to kittens who rarely survived. Thankfully, we were able to step in, and Blu’s mom is now safe in foster care, pregnant again, but with a brighter future ahead. Blu has blossomed into an incredibly affectionate and gentle young cat, with strikingly unique stripes that reflect her one-of-a-kind spirit. She’s past the wild kitten phase and is ready to bring love and companionship into her new home. All she needs now is someone to offer her a second chance at a happy, stable life. Could you be the one Blu is waiting for? *Blu is fully vetted and vaccinated

Story
Max is about 9 years old and his brother Sam is about 7 years old. They are brothers from different litters. Max is pretty outgoing and Sam is a little more shy. He’ll run and hide when someone knocks on the door. Then he’ll come out to visit after a little while. They both love rubbing up against you. Max is the lap cat that loves being talked to and loved on. Sam is the total opposite, he loves to be petted but doesn’t really like to sit on your lap. They are both ready to eat when you wake up in the morning. They sit by the door where there food is until I feed them. Now Max had surgery on his right ear from a hematoma a few years ago but he is fine now. He needs his ears cleaned out about every 2 weeks to keep them clean. I do the same to Sam while I’m at it. I also trim the tips of their nails to keep them trimmed. Other than that they love to run and play together and chase each other around. They have always been together so I’d like them to go together when adopted.

Story
We have two adorable kittens looking for a loving, indoor home! They were born on April 4th, 2024 (6 months old). A stray cat had shown up on our property and to our surprise she had kittens! They have all been cared for and we are keeping the mama cat. These two are a male and female, bonded pair, Billy (in front) and Tilly (in back). They have been spayed and neutered and had thier first round of shots. We are asking $50 a piece as we paid $220 to have them vetted, fixed and shots. Both are happy and healthy! They have been around other cats and a Jack Russel Terrier. Please inquire with any questions that you may have!

Story
Meet Patch! This super sweet boy loves affection and being part of the family. Head scratches are the best! I bet he would bring a lot of joy and warmth to everybody around him. He is a great snuggler and he wants to burrow right into your heart! As you can see, I'm a big guy. But, that means I'm a super snuggler. It's my superpower. I might look like an intimidating force, but really, I'm kind of a chicken. I love seeing so many new faces every day, but it's hard for me to muster up the courage to come greet you all at the door. If you want to be my friend, I'd really like that. You'll have to take the first step. Just talk to me a bit - tell me about your day. Talk about the wather. Boost my confidence and tell me how handsome I am or how beautiful my eyes are. I'll soften up, I promise. You can even reach in and touch me. I really, like head rubs. And I love when people scratch my chin. I'm an expert couch buddy, lap sitter, and bed warmer. I'm just looking for a quiet place to call my own. When you take me home, please be patient with me. It's going to take me a bit to get used to my surroundings. I promise that I'm happy to be there. If you are interested in adopting him, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.mehs.org/adoptables If you are interested in learning more about all of our adoptables or the adoption process at MEHS, please email info@mehs.org All of our dogs and cats will be microchipped, spayed or neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations at the time of adoption.
