Story
Leia is a bit of a spaz she has so much energy! She is hard to get pictures of due to her love of playtime. She has made it clear she would rather be the only pet in a home she will likely adjust to dogs in time but cats are a big no for her now a days. This girl is brave and ready to take on the world and conquer it with her antics.

Story
Skunk is such a sweet boy though he can be a bit nervous with loud noises or fast movements. He is a doll who has been good with his buddies and was good with the dog he was introduced to a short time ago. He loves to stare out the window and watch the world go by. He would do best with older children who aren't as loud.

Story
This handsome guy is ready for a forever home. Hal is a sweet and quirky guy. Hal's favorite past times are cat food hunting, fuzzy sock stealing, lap & bed snuggles and pretending to be a dog. Hal has a strong play drive and gets along with my small and medium sized dogs as well as other cats. He is best suited to a home that has a cat friendly dog. Hal is not a fan of being carried around, but he's quite loving on his terms (he is a cat after all). In addition to Hal's unique facial markings, he has an extra long tail and a chatty meow. Story
Meet Ghost. She's spicy. Really spicy. Ghost came to HSUV as a feral kitten. She has become much calmer, but is still skittish in her few months with her foster family. She loves dogs that love her back and will do best with a very cat friendly dog or dogs. She warms up to new humans and other cats very, very slowly. Overall, she really does think that she belongs with dogs. She snuggles and purrs as long as things are calm and on her terms. Ghost is not a fan of sudden moves or being held or hauled around. Because of that, a home with older or no kids is the best fit. She becomes more trusting and even a bit playful day by day and will need a patient adopter.

Story
Teddy has had a long history before he even got to us. He started off in a hoarding case handled by the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter last year. Long story short, he's flunked out of a couple of homes so far. We discovered that he just has no confidence when there's no other cats around. He hisses and bites. If he's got a cat to be his buddy, he's a sweetheart! He hisses and acts tough (but won't bite). Just give him a moment to remember that humans actually are nice and he calms down, allowing you to pet him. You could say he needs an ESA. Teddy also seems to only eat wet food right now, but the good news is he'll eat whatever wet food you give him. There might be hard food out there that he'll deign to eat! Teddy is microchipped, neutered, vaccinated, and recently had a dental. He only weighs 6lbs!
