She's one of the kitties that does little quirky things when she thinks you're not looking, like dropping random objects into our kitten room water bowl. I can tell she is very intelligent by her eye contact and adorable head tilts. However, she is still shy and will need someone patient and willing to wait for her to come out of her shell. She was rescued as a feral kitten so she has more of her natural cat instincts than our bottle baby rescues. Like most true feral cats she is super quiet and mostly keeps to herself or snuggles with her sister. One of her favorite actives is to sit on the top of the cat tower and study the world around her. This lovely lady is a hoot and is going to make an amazing lifelong companion for someone! She loves being a lap cat & snuggling up under the covers. She has a very strong-will and does what she wants. So if she wants to sit in your lap she will scooch around, shove other kitties, out of the way, and make sure she gets comfy. “You want to watch tv alone? Too bad! She wants to watch it with you.” As you can see in the picture, she’s great when I work on my laptop. She snuggles up with me, but doesn’t pester me or walk on my keyboard. She just chills. She thinks she’s a princess, because she is (even thou she farts). When she get’s bored, she will bring you toys or pieces or trash to throw. If you ignore her she will usually start putting stuff in her water bowl or stacking it in a pile. I call these Betsy’s collections. Socks, plastic forks, candy wrappers, toy mice, etc. She is pretty hit or miss with other cats. Some cats annoy her, she bullies others, and some she absolutely falls in love with cleans, snuggles, etc.

This handsome little blondie is Matthew. He is an all around fun snuggly kitty. He likes being around people and other kitties. Loves playing with toys. He likes sleeping in bed, but can also be just as happy in his very own kitty bed or tower. He is still a kitten so he has his playful energetic moments, but his mother has a very laid back and his litter seems to be calmer than other kittens we have fostered. I think he will be a very chill cat as an adult. The only dog he has been around with is a chihuahua, the two quickly became friends.

This sweet girl came to us nursing three kittens, but since then has decided to help out our other rescue cats and adopted some of their kittens. She also helps give the other momma kitties baths. She makes little chirpy noises instead of meows and loves being able to sleep in the bed. She was a little bit hesitant to trust me at first, and gets pretty timid in new places. In my cat-proofed yard she tends to get scared and run, but inside the house she will crawl into my lap and purr. Once you gain her trust she is such a love bug. As a mother cat, she takes on a very laid back approach and lets her kittens walk all over her. She acts calm for the most part, but sometimes she gets playful and acts like a kitten. NOTE: Bonded Paid - Amanda: She can be adopted with or without her new friend. However I think they would do better together. They are constantly snuggling and grooming each other. After finishing nursing her kittens she ended up adopting another cats and became her best friend and co-parent.

Sammy is a volunteer favorite at our office. He is such a character. He loves to play, and is loving and sweet. Dean came to us as a semi feral kitty. He is doing good with our volunteers and is super gentle but needs a home that will give him time to adjust and let him be. He will learn to trust over time. He loves his brother Sammy and they would do best in a home together. He likes to play with the other kitties in our office and does well with children that are calm.  When Dean came to us we kept watching him and his breathing concerned us. We thought he had a heart condition. The vet did x-ray's and thought he may have had an enlarged heart but an Echocardiogram confirmed his heart was fine however the x-ray revealed a broken hip. Dean was getting around just fine and was not showing obvious pain other than he had deep breathing. He recently had FHO surgery, basically the equivalent  of a kitty hip replacement. Meet Vegas & Thunder! Born on 4/26/24, the boys are bundles of love & purrs! They are ready for their furever home! Their mom was a community cat who gave birth after being trapped. They are currently together waiting for someone to open their hearts to them, as they are bonded & need to be adopted with each other. Although the boys can get busy playing, they are never too busy to snuggle & give kisses. Simply make eye contact with one of them & they will run over to you! They need a home where they are indoors only. Vegas is very silly. He can be found chasing his tail, jumping off random surfaces, & rolling around with a puffball toy. His spotted belly is so cute to see! His brother, Thunder, loves to race with him & join in on the adventures when he isn't finding his own mischief. Born on 4/26/24, Thunder is ready for his furever home! Their mom was a community cat who gave birth after being trapped, & then they came to our house! He is currently with his 2 other siblings, Maggie (ID: 6002362) & Vegas (ID: 5973765), waiting for someone to open their hearts to them. Let me know if interested in the siblings! Just like his name, Thunder is loud! Whether he is purring or talking to you, he has quite the loud meows! He is outgoing & always on the move, but makes brief stops for snuggles in between playing hide & seek and wrestling with his siblings. Ideally, Thunder would go to a home with another kitty or be adopted with one of his siblings. He needs to be indoors only. Please give this baby a chance to steal your hearts.
