Story
And elderly friend of ours had a black feral cat give birth to 3 babies next to her porch. She asked me to take them since I am experienced in adopting cats to new homes. All 3 are boys. Magnus has already been adopted out. Loki is pictured above. His brother Oreo is on another adoption page. Loki is a tuxedo and his face markings especially under his chin reminds me of a black and white checkerboard. He is SUPER SWEET and so loving. You pick him up and he's purring before he lands on your chest. Such a sweetie! Very healthy, completely litter trained. Approximate birthdate is August 28, 2024

Story
My name is Oreo, my brother Loki is up for adoption also! I am a very sweet kitty, but I am shy and like to hide. Once you get ahold of me though I love to be snuggled and purr up a storm. I have a beautiful fur coat. I am litter trained and eat really great! My mom when she cut my umbilical cord caused me to have a hernia. I will need that fixed. But it's not really expensive. If you take me to the Brandywine SPCA in Dover, it's only $50.00 to have it fixed. They will fix it when you neuter me. :) Don't let that stop you from adopting me. I am really a sweet baby. My foster mom says I have Sylvester Stallone eyes. I always look sleepy sad. I'm just nervous and shy. I have the prettiest brown eyes! I was born approximately August 28, 2024 I'm a Virgo!

Story
Looking to rehome an orange female cat around 2-3 years old. She’s a very smart and independent cat that loves being outside chirping w the birds or looking out the window. She loves sleeping on top of your pillow or close by making biscuits. I try to give her as much freedom as I can but she does not get along with other animals, cats or dogs, so I have to keep her separated & half the time locked inside a room. I would like her to go to a safe quiet home where she can have the freedom she deserves to climb, play & hunt her toys.

Story
I am a handsome boy whose mom and seven siblings were adopted and now I am looking for MY forever home. I am friendly but may act shy around people I don’t know yet. I like to spend my days observing things through the windows, napping, and playing with anything on a string! I enjoy being petted and am given gentle kisses and hugs. I am curious and will do just about anything for a treat! I have lots of love to give. I get along with other cats and dogs as well. Dart is neutered, vaccinated against rabies, and FVRCP, flea and worm treated, and negative for feline leukemia and FI. If interested in dart, please fill out an applications Castawaycatsde.com.

Story
DEXTER & HENRY (Henry has been adopted) These sweet kittens were in the process of having their mom desperately relocate them along with their other two siblings to avoid being run over by a lawn mower. Someone witnessed what was happening and called us one night, so we picked them up and gave them to fosters. Mom cat is FIV + and passed it on to Dexter and Henry, but there is a chance they will become negative as they grow older. FIV + cats can safely coexist with other cats and live long and healthy lives. Dexter (Tabby Kitten) is one of the friendliest kittens ever. He seeks out his people often and will trill greetings then wait for pets while rolling around and purring. You can feel the love pouring out of him! He is gentle and really enjoys people, other cats, and dogs as he is extremely social, playful; and energetic! Dexter is very laid back and doesn’t let anything bother him! Henry (Black Kitten) is a love bug and is also very social, playful, and energetic! He is always purring and loves being where the action is! Sometimes he will curl up on top of you in bed for a little snuggle. He is friendly and definitely lets you know when he wants attention! Henry gets along with other cats and dogs. These two brothers would be a great match if looking to adopt two! Dexter and Henry are neutered, vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP, flea and worm treated, and negative for feline leukemia. *ONLY BART AVAILABLE* These two siblings were saved from the street. Bart is a sweet boy who is shy and needs a little encouragement to help him out of his shell. He is almost always purring! Bart loves playing with toys with his human or kitty friends. Lisa (no longer available) is a little shy with new people at first but when she gets to know you she will crack you up with her antics during playtime. She is a playful and energetic girl. Both Bart and Lisa get along with other cats but we aren’t sure about dogs yet. Both kittens are negative for FIV and feline leukemia, spayed/neutered, flea and worm treated, and vaccinated against rabies and FVRCP. Ideally these two cuties should be adopted together. They are waiting patiently for their furever home! If interested in adopting Bart and Lisa, please fill out an application at Castawaycatsde.com.

Story
Baron was living on the streets in a neighborhood in north Wilmington. He was taken in as a kitten dimly to be thrown out onto the streets again at around 6 months old. A kind lady was feeding him but he was a sweet guy and deserved to find a forever home. He has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, dewormed and flea treated. He also tested negative for feline AIDS and leukemia. He is a little shy at first but is a lovable guy and is good with other cats. If interested, please fill out our application at castawaycatsde.com
