Story
Meet Midnight & Raven our Black Magic litter! They were rescued back in May with their siblings, Luna & Dusk (adopted), after one of our dog adopters found them in her yard...sadly one kitten had already died, and shortly after the mother cat got hit by a car and passed away. These seven-month-old babies have been through so much and have been waiting quite a while now to find their furever home! Midnight is an affectionate and cuddly soul who wants to spend as much time loving you or other cats as possible. In fact, if she wakes up and doesn't know where you are, she'll cry and sprint off to find you. She loves to play with her sister and is a tolerant, gentle sport. Be prepared to share your bed with a warm, fuzzy lump all night. Raven has a personality a bit like a dog. She's playful, and gets along with even the grumpiest of her cat foster siblings! She loves to groom and play with other cats, and then enjoys snuggling on your lap. She chirps when she wants attention, and you can even have brief chirping conversations with her. She also has the most luxuriously soft fur coat! Their adoption fee is $500 and Midnight & Raven are vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed. If you're interested in applying for these cuties, please fill out an application at https://form.jotform.com/201805462692153. For questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.

Story
Meet Selma Burke of our Artist Litter, an enchanting five-month-old jet-black kitten with eyes that gleam like golden suns. She came to us with her littermates, Frida Kahlo, Georgia O’Keeffe, Anna Boch, and Jackson Pollock! The family was found, along with their mother, as strays and brought into a local vet hospital where sadly they learned that mom was positive for leukemia. Unfortunately, Selma received that same diagnosis. Selma is the epitome of sweetness, with a personality that matches her stunning looks. She’s a pint-sized adventurer who delights in scaling baby gates and throughout the house for her next grand exploration. Her chirps are like little melodies that echo her boundless curiosity and yearning for attention. Her affectionate nature shines through in her gentle kisses and playful antics. Fearless around dogs and a friend to other cats and kids of all ages, Selma brings a touch of magic to every corner of the home. Due to her diagnosis, she must be adopted to a home with one of her littermates or no cats at all as leukemia is contagious to other kitties. While her lifespan will be shorter, she’s still so incredibly deserving of a loving home! If you're looking for a bundle of joy with a heart as golden as her eyes, Selma is the kitten for you! Her adoption fee is $250 and Selma is vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Story
Meet Jackson Pollock of our Artist Litter, a handsome five-month-old jet-black kitten with piercing golden eyes. He came to us with his sisters, Frida Kahlo, Georgia O’Keeffe, Anna Boch, and Selma Burke! The family was found, along with their mother, as strays and brought into a local vet hospital where sadly they learned that mom was positive for leukemia. Unfortunately, Jackson received that same diagnosis. Jackson is a charming little guy who brings sparkle to every room he enters. With his sleek coat and a heart full of affection, this adorable kitten is a snuggle enthusiast who loves to dish out kisses. Jackson’s not shy about voicing his opinions either - he is quite the talker! Though he’s the only boy in his litter, Jackson holds his own with a spirit of adventure. He’s a curious explorer who isn’t afraid to dive into new experiences. In fact, he’s known for his love of water, often joining you in the shower for some splashy fun. Jackson’s soft coat is perfect for cozy cuddles, making him a hit with everyone he meets. He gets along fabulously with other dogs, cats, and kids of all ages, proving that he’s not just a pretty face but also a well-rounded companion. Due to his diagnosis, he must be adopted to a home with one of his littermates or no cats at all as leukemia is contagious to other kitties. While his lifespan will be shorter, he’s still so incredibly deserving of a loving home! Whether he's cuddling up or embarking on a new adventure, Jackson is sure to steal your heart and bring endless joy to your family! His adoption fee is $250 and Jackson is vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. Story
Meet Elizabeth James, the proud mama of our "Parent Trap" litter! This 1.5-year-old gray & white beauty has quite the story to tell. Back in July, one of our dog adopters in Watertown, CT called that they found a baby kitten in their front yard in some brush. After an initial search turned up no other cats, we took her in, and it didn’t take long for her to work her charm—becoming what we lovingly call a "foster fail." Then, just two weeks later, the rest of her family was discovered living in a rundown garage nearby—a young mom with four kittens: Nick Parker, Hallie, Annie, and Chessy. Elizabeth James had been the loving, protective mother to her little ones, and her nurturing side shines through to this day. Though Elizabeth is a bit shy at first, she’s incredibly friendly and affectionate once she gets to know you. She’s playful, loves her toys, and has a big appetite—she’s not shy about enjoying her meals! Elizabeth is also great with other cats and dogs, making her an ideal companion in any household. She loves being around people and will always want to be near you once she feels at home. Elizabeth James is ready to write her next chapter and can’t wait to meet you! Her adoption fee is $200 and Elizabeth James is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed. If you're interested in this beauty, please fill out an application at https://form.jotform.com/201805462692153. For questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.

Meet Nick Parker, a five-month-old gray & white kitten from our "Parent Trap" litter! His journey started in July when one of our dog adopters in Watertown called to say that they found a baby kitten in their front yard in some brush. After an initial search turned up no other cats, we took her in, and it didn’t take long for her to work her charm—becoming what we lovingly call a "foster fail." Then, just two weeks later, the rest of the family was discovered living in a rundown garage nearby—a young mom, Elizabeth James, and her four kittens: Nick Parker and his sisters, Hallie, Annie, and Chessy. Nick Parker is the big, lovable sweetheart of the group, with a personality as charming as his looks. He is a playful and affectionate kitten who loves to be around people. Nick is a foodie and will start purring the second he hears food is on the way. You can usually find him napping in a sunny spot during the day or bouncing around with his favorite toys, always ready for some fun. Nick’s easygoing, gentle nature makes him a joy to be around. He loves other cats and will eagerly run over to greet them with a purring welcome. While Nick was initially quite feral when rescued, he’s made great progress and is ready to find a patient, cat-experienced home where he can continue to blossom. His new family should be prepared to give him time to adjust, but once he’s comfortable, he’ll quickly show his affectionate side. His adoption fee is $250 and Nick Parker is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and neutered. Her journey started in July when one of our dog adopters in Watertown called to say that they found a baby kitten in their front yard in some brush. After an initial search turned up no other cats, we took her in, and it didn’t take long for her to work her charm—becoming what we lovingly call a "foster fail." Then, just two weeks later, the rest of the family was discovered living in a rundown garage nearby—a young mom, Elizabeth James, and her four kittens: Chessy, Nick Parker, Hallie, and Annie. Chessy is the quiet, calm member of the litter. She’s a bit reserved at first, but once she gets to know you, she’s incredibly sweet and enjoys gentle pets. She’s not one to seek attention right away, but once she feels comfortable, she’ll quietly approach and show her affection. When it’s treat time, Chessy will come running and politely take them right from your hand—her way of showing her trust and appreciation. She is very social with other cats and will happily walk over to purr and greet any kitty who comes by. Chessy was initially shy and feral when rescued, so patience is key with her. She’s made wonderful progress and is ready to find an understanding and preferably cat-experienced home where she can continue to grow into the loving, confident kitten she’s becoming. Her adoption fee is $250 and Chessy is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed.
