Hi there, I am looking for a job! I'm used to being an outdoor cat and I'm very good at rodent control and bug catching! I prefer not to interact with strangers initially, but luckily for me HSSV has a Garden Cat Adoption Program and is looking to find me a home or barn where we can live outside and be admired from afar. Once I'm comfortable in your yard or barn, we'll eventually make friends, but it'll take some time for me to trust you. Please schedule an appointment if you would like to take me home.Schedule Appointment Primary Color: Calico Age: 0yrs 6mths 2wks

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Daredevil kitten! Monkey and his sister, Dot, are still decompressing and settling into home life after a long shelter stay, but are making quick progress! Monkey is a little daredevil kitten. He got his name because he loves to climb as high as possible to observe his world. Despite his adventurous side, Monkey does take frequent breaks in play and uses that time for his favorite quiet activity, belly rubs! They are the best! Kittens are bundles of love! Their personalities develop over time so we can't tell you exactly if this kitten will become a lap cat, a social kitty, a kneader, etc. Part of adopting a kitten is recognizing that they are babies and you will get to see first hand how their wonderful natures develop! Unless otherwise noted, kittens are adopted out in pairs unless adoptive home has a youngish cat who can be a companion to the kitten. Kittens need a buddy! Prior to adoption, all kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped.  Adoption fees for cats/kittens: http://www.svpetproject.org/info/adoption Stay up-to-date on what our kittens are up to by following us on Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/svpetproject Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 7:25 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We currently have more than three dozen tiny baby kittens in foster care! They will all be available for adoption soon!During kitten season, IBOK Rescue has young kittens who are not yet posted to this site as they are too young for adoption yet. For more information on our younger kittens, please contact us. Thank you! Did you know that black kitties are always the last to be adopted? They often end up stuck foster care for many months or even years because of superstitions or because some people prefer tabbies, calicos and other more colorful kitties. But, black kitties are gorgeous! They are just as playful and loving as other kitties. Save a life! Add a wonderful black kitty to your family today! All of our kittens are only available for adoption in pairs as it is our policy not to place kittens under six months of age in a forever home where there is currently not another young kitten. Also, many of our kittens are in 'bonded pairs' or bonded with their littermates. We reserve the right not to separate bonded pairs or place kittens individually. The happiness and quality of life for our kittens is our top priority. =^..^=All of our kitties are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, deflead and microchipped prior to being delivered to their loving forever home.NOTE: The kittens in these photos are representative of kittens not yet posted to the website. These kittens are no longer available for adoption and have already been placed in their forever homes!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 1, 2024, 5:19 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Mama Mia is an absolute sweetheart and cuddle bug. She loves attention and will follow you around to make sure you’re never too far away. She loves a good nap on a lap or blanket. She is also learning to come when called (and she is well motivated by salmon treats). She is overall a very smart and well behaved cat. She is looking for a home that will give her the love and care that she deserves. We think she would do quite well with children but might prefer not to be in a home with dogs.  Our dear Mama Mia is the sweetest girl. Not only has she been a fantastic, caring mother to her kittens, she takes care of us too! After a long day of work, she will always be ready to cuddle on the couch or follow you around your home to keep you company. Sometimes she takes her mama role so seriously that she will try to groom you. She is very easily redirected and will proceed to nap near your head—she is ready to protect you as you sleep! She will purr with every good pet, interestingly makes biscuits with her back paws only, and loves being rewarded for her very good behaviors like scratching only on her scratching post. When she’s not busy tending to her little ones, she can be found displaying her athletic prowess by jumping on to chairs that her kittens can’t reach, loving to be held in up your arms, and to be told often she is, in fact, a very good kitty. Mia is a beautiful chimera tortie with a wonderful personality and is mama to four baby kittens. She will make a wonderful kitty companion. If you're interested in meeting this lovely girl, please complete an online adoption application or reach out to us via email at info@ibokrescue.org. All of our kitties are spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccinations, dewormed, deflead and microchipped prior to being delivered to their loving forever home. All of our kittens are only available for adoption in pairs as it is our policy not to place kittens under six months of age in a forever home without another same aged kitten. We also do not place kittens older than six months into homes where there is currently not another young cat in residence. Most of our kittens are in 'bonded pairs' or bonded with their littermates. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Wasabi, the goofy, lovable boy with a heart full of playfulness! His purr motor is always ready to rumble, springing to life at the slightest hint of affection. You’ll often spot him proudly carrying his favorite toy mouse around, finding the perfect safe spot to play with it. Wasabi’s large, expressive eyes and heart-melting slow blinks will instantly steal your heart. He loves nothing more than curling up on his favorite human’s lap for TV time. Always spreading joy wherever he goes, Wasabi is pure happiness in kitten form. But beware—once this little charmer gets his paws on your heart, there’s no turning back! Wasabi is a delightful boy who is very bonded to Paprika. He must be adopted with him.
