Miss Stacy was brought into our care after being dumped on our property.She was terrified at first but with a little love from staff, she gained A LOT of confidence(maybe too much)She is very independent minded but dependent at heart. Shaun Paw was dumped at our facility in February of 2024. Although he was very scared and confused at first, Shaun has warmed up a lot now that he knows he's safe. He loves to be spoiled and showed tons of affection. He is a vocal boy with a big meow and a big heart. He can be seen climbing the shelves or watching the outdoors in our catio and is very happy when people come on in to say hello. Odin is a super sweet and bubbly girl who will follow you around for your attention for as long as you let her! She likes to be on high places and typically will be on one of the top shelves. Odin does have kind of a lazy eye and can look like she's winking at you sometimes but it is just a unique thing about her! She's a very vocal kitty for attention and treats but she just wants someone to spend all her time with. She is good with other cats but truly prefers to be your one and only! If there are any resident pets in the home, her owner will need to understand to take the introduction process VERY slowly as she can have a rough time navigating her trust with other cats. Meet Sukuna (27955)! Our handsome boy came to us in March of 2022 with very mixed feelings about people. Soon after being surrendered, it was discovered that he is FIV+ and living outside was no longer an option for him despite his initial feisty personality. Being FIV+, his immune system is weaker than a cat his age would be. This does not affect his lifespan at all and he is still a very healthy boy! Sukuna is required to go into an indoor only home with either no other cats or only other FIV+ cats. After receiving some much needed TLC, Sukuna has grown to be a big goofy, sweetheart who loves to steal the spotlight. He loves having friends to play and cuddle with so he does AMAZING with his fellow FIV+ roommates. Although he has made much progress, Sukuna can still be expressive when he feels a boundary has been crossed, but its nothing some patience and tasty treats can't fix. Sukuna is looking for a home where it is understood that he will need time to gain trust and let his inner cuddle-bug out. Although he loves his feline friends, we recommend a slow introduction to any resident cats. Sukuna is not recommended for a home with a dog as he is not dog friendly. Fluffer-Doodle is a domestic shorthair who was brought into our care with her litter of kittens in mid-April 2024!She has since retired from motherhood and is looking for her forever home! Fluffer-Doodle is a very docile and affectionate girl who is driven by attention! She will follow you around and beg for pets and cuddles! She is more on the docile side and prefers a quieter home environment. Cordova was brought into our care at the beginning of January 2024 after being dumped at our facility's front gate.She arrived very malnourished and sick with a upper respiratory infection. She spent the rest of January on medication to clear her illness and got a lot of food to get some weight on her! At the beginning of February, she was cleared for adoption and started the search for her forever home! Cordova is a VERY shy girl and takes a while to adjust to new people and environments. She will need someone who is understanding of a slower introduction process as to not stress her out by rushing her into a new situation. Once she gets comfortable, she is a very sweet girl who LOVES head scratches and the best part about her is she frequently does her little "derp face" and sticks her tongue out and looks the cutest doing it! She hasn't opened up too much to staff just yet but we are still trying to work on her social skills as we are not sure if she had ever had previous experience with people.
