Bubba is a sweet 41/2 year old cat who was returned to Purrfectly Pawsible. The adopter's adult child who is special needs would have behaviors that would frighten Bubba. Ultimately it was a difficult decision for his family to make, but they thought it would result in Bubba being happier. While the transition coming back to rescue was tough on him, Bubba has shown us he is a confident boy who enjoys playing with his toys. We believe with proper introductions he could be fine with other cats and respectful dogs. ##2173165##

This sweet ginger girl has quite the story! Following the conclusion of a baseball game at Oak Park in Stockton, this little one ran out to the parking lot and climbed up one of the departing parent's leg. She was saying to them,"Help, I need you!" As much as this kitten needed them, this family needed her just as much - suffering the recent tragic loss of a family member. The person could not look away, and therefore scooped her up and brought her home. Our rescue was contacted, the family was committed to putting in the time fostering, so we agreed to bring in to our foster program. Nalla was first known as Simba, because most orange cats are male, right? Well upon arriving to her first appointment to begin vetting, we realized that was not the case. Additionally, it became clear that Nalla had suffered some trauma to her mouth as her lower lip was detached. Following radiographs, our vet determined her jaw was intact. Vet indicated while her lip may need to be reattached in the future, if we could get her to eat, that could take place at time of spay. It's like a little miracle because with patience and care, she's eating AND her lip as practically healed on its own. Anyhow, this little girl is the sweetest. As you can tell from her video and photo library, she is very comfortable with kids, dogs, and other cats. She's absolutely a bundle of joyous energy looking for the purrfect forever home. Remy was originally adopted from SPCA Sacramento. I have had Remy for about 3 years now and at the time thought our home needed another furry friend but sadly with work and school I know she is in need of another home. Remy is FIV positive and is an Indoor ONLY cat. She is about 5 years old, very shy in the beginning but once she warms up to you she will never leave your side. She loves belly rubs and loves her pets. Also, if she claims you as her person she will sit on you to show her love. She loves to sit on your arm/shoulder if you are laying on your side; or loves laying on you back if you laying on your stomach. She enjoys sitting by the window and enjoys toys that have long strings. She is a slight hunter as well, if bugs come around you will know. She is very good with bath time as well, meows a lot but she is willing to stay in the bath as long as you comfort her.
