HOME TO HOME PROGRAM CONTACT: Samantha at samijames0@gmail.com Meet Milo, he is a 7 year old, 9 lb, neutered male that is very sweet and playful. His owner has had him since he was a kitten when he was rescued from a gopher hole at 5 weeks old. His favorite pastimes are finding a warm spot in the sun to take a nap, sleeping at the foot of the bed, and playing with string toys that he can “hunt”. Not much of a cat to pick up and carry around, but he will snuggle up next to you and purr once he gets in a warm spot. Milo is definitely not one of those cats that hides all day long; he likes to be in the same room as his people and is quite social. Fully litter box trained and a tidy cat in general, he’s great at grooming himself, and allows his nails to be clipped with no fuss. Ideally he would like a home where he could be indoors mostly, but have the option to go outside to roll around in the sun and explore. He is good with other cats and children of all ages. Due to recent circumstances his owner is unable to give him the space, time and attention he deserves. She believes he would do better in a different environment where his people are around more, and where he could expand on his cat-ness. She came to us emaciated but with a ravenous appetite and quickly recovered. She's super cute with her soft as velvet fur and the most adorable unique curled tail (no breaks, she just holds it that way; kinda like the cat version of a husky or pug!). She's super playful and bouncy. She loves all toys and still loves food, especially wet food! She is a shy girl and it will take some time and patience for her to warm up in her new home. Spicy is about 4 years old. I got him from a rescue center and he has been strictly an indoor cat since I brought him home. His microchip is current and can be transferred to a new owner. He’s big on cuddling, enjoys having his belly stroked and his nose rubbed. I’m still trying to catch either of those in camera! I have all his papers from the rescue center as well. He, unlike other cats I’ve had, has never touched the furniture with his claws. He uses his cat tree and scratching post, but has never damaged furniture. Spicy is also a great food/drink inspector. He’s never tried to actually consume my food or drink, he just likes to take a sniff for curiosity’s sake.😂

I adopted Billie (Tabby, 3) and Vi (Black, 4) in November 2022 from Bradshaw Animal Shelter. These two ladies are super cute and I have loved having them. They are both very friendly and will usually be in whatever room people are in.They don't always love being held, but they love pets and will beg for them. Unfortunately, life circumstances required that I move back in with my parents, who already have several cats. We tried to make it work, but the cats just don't get along, and the stress has caused them (especially Billie) to have accidents. I think an ideal home for them would have no other cats, however they do like my mom's dog. Billie tends to have some separation anxiety, so it might be best if her new parents are home more often than not.
