On my way to work 2 weeks ago, I found this young adult female cat on the side of the interstate. I thought she was dead! I pulled over, scooped her up, and took her to the vet. She had no collar or microchip. Rather than dropping her off at a shelter, I decided to foster her myself. I provided all of her initial medical care - Got her spayed, vaccinated, microchipped. She has a clean bill of health and is ready for adoption now. She is estimated to be 1-2 years old. She is THE SWEETEST girl. She is so friendly, craves human attention, and purrs so loudly. This is B and she is the sweetest girl ever. She was surrendered to the animal hospital I work at after being found at a gas station. She very playful and has had her first shot but will require more. She is getting harness trained and is okay with vacuuming, blow dryers, and water. She is on monthly flea prevention. No medical issues have arose and I have had her for 4 weeks. She’s still young so I would prefer if she would be spayed when she’s a little bigger.

Lil Red and MUST be adopted together. Lil Red and Tao have been friends in rescue for several weeks and have made the decision they would like to continue their lifelong adventures together for ever and ever! Lil Red is a couple of months older, but he is a small boy and about the same size as Tao. We call Red a ginger kitty with handsome ginger stripes throughout his body setting off his gold eyes. Tao is a handsome blue point Balinese mix with a soft cream coat and a fluffy blue tail and blue points. Both boys are active and playful and like to spend their day grooming each other and hanging out in the cat tree together. They're both sensitive boys, needing a loving nurturing home that will give them time to blossom in their new home. They are not cuddle kitties yet but enjoy their humans and will make great companions. They need to be adopted by someone that understands them and lives in a stress-free environment. Hi friends, I'm Inky! When people meet me in purrson, they fall in love with my orange eyes and my little bat ears with the flipped back tips. My foster mom thinks I'm an introverted extrovert, or is it the other way around? I just know that I love living with my siblings and playing with them and getting tons of attention from my foster mom, but then suddenly I need my alone time so I disappear and go recharge my social batteries in a nice quiet place. I mean, for being such a young kitty, it's pretty amazing that I know how to perfectly balance my need for fun and my need for personal space. I'm very smart too when it comes to finding comfortable napping places, and I'm the one who taught my siblings that my foster mom's tummy is the perfect nap spot. Oh I just love napping on top of her and purring my little heart out. If you take me home, you too can enjoy having a little purring bat-kitty as a nap buddy. We have a variety of cats and kittens available for adoption. Stop by Western Ranch and Pet Supply 103 Aegean Way to see whos available and to fill out an adoption application. They are all vaccinated, dewormed, spay/neutered and have received flea prevention. Adoption fee for cats over 1yr is $150 kittens under 1yr $200 and cats over 3yrs old $100.  No online application is available, applications are available in store only. Cats & kittens available may vary from the ones pictured on the website. There are 6 adoption kennels that are usually occupied with cats and kittens in need of forever homes. Bentley is a 2 year old male neutered black cat. He was originally adopted at the Roseville SPCA in California. He is fully vaccinated and microchipped. He has great energy and is very affectionate, on his own terms. He is very playful and loves to play. He has been indoor only, but would greatly benefit and enjoy being outdoors as he loved to hangout on the balcony. He has lived with cats and a small dog. Bentley seems to have the more dominant personality with other cats. Bentley does need lots of cuddles, attention, and play time and our household is not able to provide that right now with a new baby. An outdoor/indoor life would be ideal for him. He would benefit either as an only pet child, or with 1-2 other small animals.

Sweetie Pie is a beautiful and loving kitty. She loves to tell you good morning and she definitely tells you off if you try and walk by without her pets LOL. She is a chill girl that just wants to hang out with you.

Maui is a girl cat in Tabby stripes of browns with white nose, muzzle, paws, bib, and tummy. She has short thick fur. She loves playtime. She likes sit-next-to-you-cuddles, by finding a spot near you, chirp, and act like a flirt. She has made lots of furry friends. She is friends with lots of our other fosterlings who are adoptable too. Altho no recent experience with dogs. She was found pregnant and abandoned at an apartment complex. She was a wonderfully caring mom, plus helped care for several other litters as well. She is now fully fixed, vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, microchipped. We have all her vet paperwork. I would love to introduce you to little Bella! A gorgeous classic black tabby with fur that will remind you of silk and picturesque green eyes and although we are unable to confirm her parentage, we see Bengal breed characteristics and think beautiful Bella is a Bengal mix. Coming into rescue, Bella was naturally very scared and shy. It’s a completely new world for her to be loved and cared for but slowly she has recognized that being loved is a good thing! This past month Bella has really started to come out of her shell and not only enjoys affection and attention but demands it! Her communication skills are spot on and enjoys a good conversation with you. Pets and brushing are among the things highest on her loves list and while shes not yet an official lap cat, she does like to be close to you. Bella is FIV+ and although FIV is a lifetime diagnosis, she can easily live a long normal life with a few minor adjustments. Cats with FIV must live indoors and can happily live with other indoor, non-aggressive cats to be protected from bacteria and viruses in the outdoor environment as their immune systems are somewhat compromised. Regular vaccinations, and treatment for fleas, mites, and worms are also important, so a yearly checkup is crucial to this loving girl. She recently had a checkup with our veterinarian and noted no health concerns other than a little dental gingivitis. We think Bella would do best in a calm quiet home as either an only cat or with another gentle non-demanding kitty who recognizes her desire for lots of attention. Saia and Sammy MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. Mother Nature teaches kitty moms to move on from their kittens, making space for their next litter. "Go. I am done with you". Saia is one of the kitty moms who are the exceptions to that rule. She loves her goofy kitten, Sammy, devotedly. They are so sweet together, so connected. A few months ago she was way larger than him. Now her big boy dwarfs her. They came from a breeder. The person who purchased them asked a neighbor to take care of them while she moved. Later she said, "I cannot take them back due to landlord problems". The neighbor brought them to us. And how fascinating to have this beautiful pair in rescue with us. They arrived quite stressed and frightened. All had not been well in their world. We were told how affectionate the mom was "when she knew you". She is affectionate and will jump on a lap for petting but still can be startled by noises or sudden movements. Her boy is more bouncy, extroverted, and mischievous as kittens tend to be. Sammy is a world explorer, curious about everything. We don't know if she had other kittens. Savannah's are fairly hard to breed and generally only have 1-3 kittens so he may be her only one. Young herself, this is probably her first litter. It is so satisfying to watch them unfolding and learning and enjoying themselves. Their lives are just getting started. We have kept Saia and Sammy for a few months before posting them. They have been fixed, vaccinated, chipped, etc, and are amazingly healthy. Sammy has grown like a weed into the long legs and body lines typical of Savannahs. It is such a pleasure to watch their agile, spotted bodies move together like the amazing athletes they are. They can be easily identified- Saia has golden eyes and Sammy's are more hazel. These are high-energy cats and they need a spacious home. Some of my photos show them playing in a catio which is great fun for them. Like living with Bengals, choosing to live with Savannahs is a lifestyle choice. These two are super smart kitties who will bond closely with their humans. With their high intelligence, curiosity, and high energy they do best with active humans. They need an environment designed to entertain and interest them and humans who have the time to bond deeply with them. These are not suitable cats for most children, their adopters need to be experienced, savvy cat owners. We have no idea how they would be with dogs ( other than in charge).
