Story
Meet Pebbles! She was a wonderful mom to her babies but is still looking for a home of her own where she can snooze the day away on a blanket or in a patch of sun. While she is a sweet cat, she can startle easily and does not always seek out human attention, preferring interaction on her terms. But when she is in the mood, she loves head and chest scritches, and purrs when you pet her. She also loves wet food and treats (especially Churu meat tubes) and is overall very low maintenance. She is estimated to be about 3 years old and has not seemed to mind the presence of her foster family's adult cat. She would do best in a quiet home possibly with another calm kitty. If you are interested in adopting, please follow the steps below: 1. Visit https://www.ebarr.org/adopt/ 2. Read the complete information on this page. 3. Story
After many many months, Kimble is ready for adoption. We have healed his painful skin and he is an absolutely handsome long hair black male. He is a very friendly cat, however would do best if he was the only cat in the home, lived in a large home that has more than ample space, or human parens willing to take introductions slow. If you remember this boy was found outside along with severely painful skin. We have discovered that he has a severe flea allergy which contributed to his skin issues as well as food sensitivity. He is on a daily dose of prednisone and eats allergy sensitive food, however prednisone is very inexpensive in comparison to the love and joy you'll receive with Kimball being your in your home. This boy is so deserving to have a home of his own especially because he was left outside in pain for many many months. If you're interested in Kimball please visit our website at Ebarr.orgOctober 29, 2024, 12:21 am

Story
Now that he feels better, he is starting to show his spunky side. Now remember he was outside with all the dangers that can be, so he is a bit on the defensive. Not to mention because he wasn't nutered until recently, he was busy trying to spread his seed everywhere and may have become a bit overly confident. And..........He love bits, but not in a nice delicate bits. He brings that love bite like he means it. On fact, he has given me a few love bits and got a bit over excited and went a bit too far. I always say the most important thing to having a rescue animal is continuing to try to understand who they are and where they've been. This guy spent his life fighting and surviving and its going to take awhile for him to fully relax and know he is nice and safe. Today he went in to have his dentle and to have multiple teeth removed. When Stanley was rescued, he only had 13 teeth left in his mouth. This is more than likely a result of his challenged immune system due to his FIV status. He had all but 2 teeth removed due to severe decay and rot. I wasn't sure until recently that he actually had a shot at being adopted out. But I know now if we can find the right adopter, he will have a wonderful life. What are we looking for? Well, he would need to be in a single cat house due to his FIV status. Of course If he has a separate area of the house, we are completely fine with that. We are fully aware that FIV positive cats can live with other cats, but remember he spent over a decade on the streets fighting. So unfortunately i'm gonna have to be very strict about this. The other very important thing that we are going to be strict on is, No kids. He's one of those cats that you can pet a couple times and then he may turn his head, and let you know the petting should have stopped one stroke prior. If you are interested in Stanley, Please find our application at Ebarr.org Fill that application out and return to animalrescue@ebarr.orgOctober 29, 2024, 12:21 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Cat Support (Info@catsupport.net) for more information about this pet.Peaches - DOB 6.10.23- is considered a slightly special needs kitty who has had a rough start in life. She was rescued from under a freeway overpass as a young kitten. When we rescued her it was apparent her breathing was sometimes faster than it should be. However, despite months of vet visits and tons of testing, all her tests have come back normal and vets have been unable to diagnose her with any specific reason why she sometimes has a rapid respiratory rate - a possibility is it could be asthma related but not diagnosed.. Despite that, Peaches is a very low maintenance kitty. Shes very independent but not reclusive, she’s always around her people she’s just not a huge cuddle bug however we think that may change with less foster kitties around to steal the attention. She does well with other cats but would likely do well as an only kitty also. She does enjoy pets and will give you her soft purr as a form of being content. She almost always is near her people whether that be sitting next to you on the couch or sitting at your feet. :)  Shes playful but not overly active. She’s not needy, pushy and has very good manners when it comes to not scratching furniture and not jumping on counters. She LOVES treats and will come running just hearing the sound of the bag. She often sleeps in bed right up against her person for warmth. She’s a very good (and soft!) girl who just needs someone who will love her unconditionally! Peaches would be happiest in a calm household with no young or very active children. If you would like to meet this kitty please fill out an online adoption application by clicking here or going to our website at www.catsupport.net. This is the first step in scheduling a meet & greet. All of our cats and kittens have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for parasites. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Cat Support (Info@catsupport.net) for more information about this pet.Resilience (Est. DOB: 12.1.21) is a super sweet, polydactyl (has extra toes) girl that bonds strongly to her people over time.       We got a call about Resi when she was just a kitten, approximately 5 months old at the time, and someone abandoned her outside of a local Petsmart. When a manager of the store came to open she was found by the front door huddled against the wall frozen in fear. She was extremely sick, emaciated and in need of urgent medical care. We immediately brought her into our rescue and got to work to get her back to good health.        She LOVES pets and affection. She does however show some signs that she may have endured abuse before coming to us as she has an odd hand shyness. Not your traditional running away fear with hands but instead will continue to ask for pets but once she feels touch lowers her body down as if she has been hit or abused with hands in the past. Despite that she ALWAYS wants more. It’s just a quirk of hers that we have learned to love. She has the most amazing meow that is more of a chirp than a meow. She will follow you around the house with her tiny chirping asking for you to pet her. She also loves her foster mom to hold her but it has taken her a long time to earn that trust with being held, otherwise with people she doesn’t know she wriggles herself away from being picked up. She LOVES to play and particular loves golf balls. She has become her foster dads little caddy when he practices putting in the house, even though she will steal the ball right before he lands the put lol        After a long medical journey Resilence is now fat, happy and ready for her new forever home. She is a special needs kitty who requires a daily medication that she will likely need to stay on for the rest of her life. Fortunately, this medication is extremely easy to give and she actually looks forward to it each night as it’s given in a cat treat. She has gained a little too much weight from her medication which has led to an additional nickname “Butterball”. To help keep her from gaining any more weight the vet has recommended that we do need to be mindful of how much she’s eating and help guide her to loosing a little bit of weight so that is something you’ll need to continue with her if adopting.         If you are interested in learning more about her special needs please email us for more information at info@catsupport.net. After all she’s been through she deserves a stable home that will never abandoned her again and love her unconditionally.    Resi is looking for a calm household with no children and although she does tolerate other cats as long as they don’t get too close she really would prefer to have all the attention to herself and be an only cat. She has not yet been introduced to dogs. We aren’t positive on how she would do but if we had to guess she would likely only do ok with a dog that is calm, lazy (like a senior dog) and would not bother her. She likely would not do well with an active, playful dog or a dog that was very curious with cats and tried to be near her often. An adult only home with no other pets is her dream home however if that’s not your home but you are still interested in her please still reach out so we can chat! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Cat Support (Info@catsupport.net) for more information about this pet.Available for foster-to-adoptLondon (DOB: 3.10.23)   London is the most beautiful, softest kitty! This sweet girl was rescued from living under a freeway overpass. She showed signs of wanting to live a better life with humans so we brought her into foster care and she has been loving the spoiled, indoor only life! London is brave and loves to be pet! Once she bonds to you she will rub against your legs showing her love for you. She is still a little bit hand shy and still sometimes shys away from a hand coming at her but then quickly remembers that we give nothing but good things and comes back for more. We’ve learned she’s more hand shy when reached forward her face but doesn’t shy away from any butt scratches! Once comfortable with you she will allow you to pick her up and place her in your lap for some loving scratches. She definitely still has her kitten demeanor and loves to play with all toys! She also ADORES all other cats! Of course, you want to make sure you always introduce kitties slowly and properly but so far she hasn’t met a cat she doesn’t love! She has not been introduced to dogs yet but we suspect because she’s so fond of kitties she would likely do well being slowly introduced to a calm, cat friendly dog. We don’t think she would be happiest in a home with young children. A calmer household with adults only or older children who know how to be calm with her suites her best. London will likely take a little bit of extra time to fully get comfortable around her new person before she fully trusts but you’ll learn that with lots of attention and love she wants nothing but to give and receive love!   Bunny (DOB 7.14.23)    Bunny gets her name because she is literally as soft as a bunny! Rescued from living under a freeway she is very sweet but is also still learning to fully trust. She is very hand shy and will be very shy at first until she bonds with you. She will take an extended amount of time to adjust to a new household but once she gets comfortable and bonds with you she LOVES pets and we do believe she could turn into a lap cat if with the right person.. She naturally has a shy demeanor but offer her her daily wet food and give her treats and you’ll earn her trust. Once she knows her daily routine of wet food and treats and she has fully bonded to you she will rub in between your legs with happiness. She does great with other kitties with slow and proper introduction. She has not been introduced to dogs yet but any dog in her adopted home should only be an already cat friendly dog with a calm demeanor that wont be in her face all the time. She would not do well with a very active dog that is always wanting to play or chase. Because of Bunnys timidness she needs a calm household with no young children. Typical Tortie behavior with “Tortie-tude“ she can sometimes get mouthy (never breaking skin) when over stimulated but discontinuing pets when she gets like this should train her over time. We would love her to be adopted with people who have had torties in the past. Her heart is as soft as her fur, she just needs a little bit of extra time to adjust to her new home and we promise you’ll fall in love with her. She has been waiting for someone to give her that chance she deserves for so long now.    Over the last several months Bunny has strongly bonded to her foster sibling London and we would love for them to be adopted together. London has more confidence than Bunny and helps her come out of her shell more. They were also rescued from the same freeway overpass and although they aren’t related they truly adore each other! They love to play with each other and with cat toys. When it’s time for their nightly wet food or they are just happy to see you they will walk side by side leaning against each other rubbing all over each other. It is the sweetest thing!     An adult only home that’s calm and offer exceptional, understanding love is what these two beautiful girls are looking for.     They are currently only available for adoption “foster to adopt” as London was found to have been born with a small hole in her palate and we are still in the process of having that surgically corrected. Foster to adopt means you want to adopt but while she is finishing her treatment Cat Support Network will be the one to pay for all medical expenses. Once her palate defect is corrected the official adoption can be finalized   If you would like to meet this kitty please fill out an online adoption application by clicking here or going to our website at www.catsupport.net. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Cat Support (Info@catsupport.net) for more information about this pet.Daisy & Lily (est. dob 10.15.22) are currently available for foster-to-adopt.  These two beautiful sisters are a very bonded pair and must be adopted together. you will almost always find them snuggled up together and taking care of each other. Lily (Tabico) will wander around the house looking for Daisy (white & grey) when she’s ready to nap. They are extremely easy and low maintenance cats. Both independent enough to keep themselves content but also love affection. They must be allowed to sleep in bed with you as you will always find them snuggled up against you (and each other) when you wake up. Lily is the more playful out of the two and Daisy is the more confident out of the two. They both take some time to get to new environments but Lily may take some extra amount of time. These beautiful girls are looking for a home with no children. Either adult only or with calm teenagers should be ok too.  These two are only available for foster-tip-adopt because Lily has some reverse sneezing & hacking issues, possibly allergy related however we would like to have her checked out by a specialist just to see If there’s anything we can do to help with that. Foster-to-adopt means you adopt however they don’t immediately get transferred into your name while workin continue to cover their medical costs.
