Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Charlee, who is 4-years-old, had a very rough first year in her life. Charlee will only accept attention given with a loving light hand when she feels safe. She is shy and needs a patient adopter who can give this beautiful girl a chance to warm up and feel comfortable. She is happy to perch on a sunny window sill and watch the neighborhood bird activity, hopping down to see what interesting things you're doing. Charlee has lived with a senior cat in the past, so a low energy companion would be familiar to her. Charlee is a short hair calico who is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. From the Petfinder website (Petfinder.com) click the 'More About Us Button' and then click on the 'Adoption Application' button that will take you to the United Animal Friends website. Then follow the UAF website directions below: From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in. To apply to adopt, open the cat's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started. The fastest way to get to the adoptable cat page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-cats/ A United Animal Friends representative will contact you soon after receiving the application form. Story
Olivia, who is 2.5-years-old, is friendly and likes affection. Like many cats, Olivia needs her space to just sit back and take in her surroundings. If you're looking for a lovely kitty companion who is a nice mix of affectionate and independent, Olivia may be your perfect match. Olivia, a short hair brown tabby, was abandoned by her owner when they moved away. She is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is spayed and is microchipped. Story
Cocoa, aka ‘sweet baby girl’...is a little doll who was born 10/21/24. She would love to sleep with you every night. She is a quiet girl but does like to run and play with her 2 sisters. Sometimes she gets a toy that she is in love with and growls under her breath…as in, “I love this toy - it's mine”. Cocoa is a purr queen. She is always happy to have a sunny spot to warm in and spends time on the top of her cat tree. She will be a kid’s best friend. Cocoa is a little black kitten with a sprinkle of frost and a white smudge on her chest. She is current on vaccinations, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered kitten (up to 1 year old) is $100 and for two altered kittens is $125 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. If a kitten is adopted and taken home before the required set of kitten vaccinations is completed, the adopter will be responsible for completing any of the required vaccinations including a rabies vaccination at 4 months at their own expense.
