We recently rescued several other cats that had kittens. We we have over 12 kittens that need a forever home. They are all well handled and used to touch and play, other animals and people, rambunctious households, and all will have a bed and a toy to take with them. We can help with a few litter boxes if needed. You may take one or more if you would like. We do want to get to know your family and make sure that you are a fit for the cat as well because these guys are extra smart, special and deserve a family that will give them what they need. Hi, my name is Picasso. I’m a 6-month-old, mostly black (a bit of white on my tummy), domestic short hair kitten. I’m a sweet love bug of a kitten. I love, love, love to be held and cuddled. While I’m not being cuddled, I entertain myself by playing with the other foster kittens and cats, watching You-tube cat TV and watching live bird TV (bird watching out the windows 😉). And I really like helping my foster mom when she’s on her computer - like when she was writing my story. My cat mom got to the foster home a few weeks before I was born so she got good food and care to help me be born healthy. Now it’s my turn to find my own family. My likes are cat trees (for running up and sleeping on) and toys I can chase (like feathers on a string or jingle balls). I also like to cuddle (did I say that already 😉) and be petted at almost anytime. I’m very loving and affectionate. I’m all ready to go to my forever home. I’ve been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. I’m sure I’ll be great friends with the whole family. I’d love a family with another friendly kitty or two since I’m so young. I may be a bit shy at first but that won’t last long because I love people. So, if you’d like to have a sweet, snuggly addition to your family, I’m your kitten. I’ll be waiting to hear from you! P.S. I have had Jasper and his sister since they were 3 weeks old. He is sweet, talkative, curious, and good motivated. He has not been around other cats, dogs, or children. He loves to be up high, enjoys petting, has never shown any aggression, does not like to be carried. He had all his initial shots a year ago when he was neutered, but because he is always indoors I have not updated them. Jasper likes to chew on cords and has become a door dasher. I believe he is a frustrated hunter. My age and health issues make it difficult for me to deal with these issues, and I feel he is not happy, not reaching his potential, possibly bored. It has been suggested he needs a “job,” such as being a barn cat. Being an indoor/outdoor cat might work for him in some locations but is not an option in mine. I love him, want what is best for him, but feel he is not getting it here.
