Hello there, my name is Selene! The number one thing to know about me is I am very shy until I get to know you! I am still warming up to the staff and volunteers here, but I have made strides since coming here! I had 5 other siblings who were much more outgoing than I, and they all found their forever homes so now it is my turn!I find comfort in cozy cubbies and even an enclosed litter box and will hide in there until I feel more comfortable. I may hiss and growl when I am nervous, especially in a new home, so I ask that you give me time to come out of my shell at my own pace.
