Story
Meet Ceecee and Chip...a mother and son pair who are looking for the perfect home. Their ideal family will appreciate their sassy ways. They both have a tendency to swat playfully, and Chip has a fondness for love bites and yelling like a victim when being forced to cuddle, despite his many minutes in air jail to curb this behavior. They roam freely, however much of their time is spent napping in a box in our closet. Unfortunately Ceecee sometimes likes to instigate a fight with unsuspecting and undeserving cats, so perhaps a home where she and her son could be together without other cats might be best. They are around dogs all the time, albeit against their will

Story
Emmaya is an older cat, incredibly sweet once she gets over some initial shyness. She's been with us since 2018. She loves to sit on laps, purr like mad, be petted. She's a people cat. In the last year, she developed a urinary infection that requires some specialized food in order to regulate (Royal Canin Urinary SO is what we are feeding currently) and ever since she has not been able to tolerate the other cats. She hisses, claws at them, and hides. We've had to keep her separated for almost a year now, which means she doesn't have as much time being cuddled as much as she should Emmaya is deeply loved. This is not the life I promised her when I adopted her, and not the life she lived for most of her time with us. She would appreciate being able to be next to her people all the time, able to comfort and be comforted. I will continue to love and care for her until a home can be found where she can be an only cat, receiving all the pettings she desires and deserves.

Story
Hi, I`m Cider! I`m a sweet floofy woman who is ready for my perfect family! I can be a little shy when I first meet new people, but I`m getting better at warming up to new human friends a little more quickly! I`m a lot more comfortable with other cats than people, so I`d probably be happiest with a cat-social buddy or 2. I`m still a young lady, so I love to play and zoom around - I`m your gal if you`re looking for a play buddy! If you`re willing to give a timid girl a chance, apply to meet with Cider!SPECIAL NOTES: I have a 2/6 grade heart murmur, and my eyes can get a little runny.

Story
Rhonda is a sweetheart - she adores pets, wet food, a high perch to sit, and plenty of affection. Rhonda likes to use her voice. She chirps when she's ready for her next meal but also quick to let you know her boundaries. Like all cats, Rhonda will need time to get used to a new home. We would recommend a home without young children. She'll need an owner who is attentive to her cues. Rhonda has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Story
Topaz is a beautiful, playful 4 year old who is looking for a very special family to make her own. Her previous adopter passed away and has been taken care of by family members who are unfortunately very allergic. At times Topaz enjoys being petted and brushed by a trusted human but otherwise she doesn’t like to be handled. She startles easily and can react by nipping if you're reaching for her at the time. Because of this she would do best in a quiet household without children or dogs. She has been around cats but it's been a few years so she would need time to adjust to another cat. Her ideal family will be patient and understand that cats don't necessarily want to be touched just because they are nearby. Earning her trust is done by making her work for your attention rather than the other way around. Ignoring her is the best way to get her making biscuits in your lap and purring in your face! Topaz is an inside cat and has not tried to get outside. She's content to look out windows instead. She also loves to convince a human to come down to the basement and catch bugs with her. She's not a vocal cat and is very adept at suddenly and silently appearing right next to you. She has had a UTI and urinary crystals before but is doing well on a vet-recommended prescription food. Topaz is spayed, microchipped, UTD (up-to-date) on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
