Story
Collette is a very laid-back, sweet girl that likes to lay around and just take in the scenery. She loves to be petted and enjoys playing with toy mice, especially if they are coated in catnip! Collette enjoys good conversation and affection with the people she knows and trusts. But like many cats, she can get nervous in new situations or where there is a lot of activity, so she would do best in a quiet home. Collette doesn't mind other cats, but is not likely to be playful with them, and she is okay with dogs as long as they respect her. Collette is on a special diet and a low dose medication due to past GI issues. She also has Chronic Kidney Disease, is hyperthyroid and has arthritis. She is on different medications to help and receives fluids to help her feel good. Even with all her medical issues Collette is a wonderful senior feline, who is still enjoying life into her golden years! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 6, 2024, 12:12 am

Gabby, Gabby, Gabby! What a sweetheart this girl is. Gabby was a stray that was found with her 6 babies in a woodpile of one of our volunteers. Gabby has recently been separated from her kittens and is ready for her purr-ever home. Gabby is a year and a half old with a silky medium gray coat. Gabby will grab your attention with her sweet demeanor and loud purrs. If you are looking for your best friend, then you have come to the right place, Gabby is that girl for you! Gabby is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. She gets along great with the other roaming cats at AWW and doesn’t seem to mind the house dogs. Story
Ingrid is here to let you all know that she is the kitten for you! Yes, YOU! Ingrid is a princess in training and is looking for a home to call her own. Ingrid came in as a stray with her mom and 5 siblings. Her two brothers have been adopted, but her mom (Gabby) and her 3 sisters are still available for adoption. Ingrid and her family were found in a wood pile where they were found by one of our volunteers. Ingrid is almost 5 months old, she has a short gray tabby coat and pretty green eyes. Ingrid has fun swirls on her sides, she loves belly rubs and attention once she opens up a bit. Ingrid only sees her foster family, so she still needs some socialization for the real Ingrid to come out and play! Ingrid is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Ingrid has never been alone and would do best if she were to go home with another kitten or have a younger cat in the home already to play and snuggle with. Ingrid has been here for over 80 days and is patiently waiting for her fur-ever family to come scoop her up!If you're interested in Ingrid, please contact A.W.W. by calling or texting 715-501-3000, emailing at rescue.aww@gmail.com, messaging our Facebook page, or check our website www.animalwelfarewi.org to fill out an adoption application. **Our website is being created at this time, and may not be up and running yet. Story
Look at this beauty queen! Lilia is a sweet girl that was found as a stray and never reclaimed. She is roomed with a few other cats and she does very well with all of them. Lilia is a medium-haired gray and-white beauty queen with beautiful green eyes. Lilia enjoys getting pets and rubbing up against you, and being called Princess Lilia. Lilia would do good with another cat or two! She doesn’t seem to mind the house dogs. Lilia is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Lilia has been with us for 75 days and is wondering where her new purr-ever family is. Lilia has some tail barbering where she overgrooms her tail. We hope this is just from the stress of being in a new environment. Lilia is ready to break out of AWW and find her fur-ever family. If you think you would be the perfect family for Lilia, please call us or message us on Facebook. If you're interested in Lilia, please contact A.W.W. by calling or texting 715-501-3000, emailing at rescue.aww@gmail.com, messaging our Facebook page, or check our website www.animalwelfarewi.org to fill out an adoption application. **Our website is being created at this time, and may not be up and running yet.
