Hero is currently located in a foster home, here are a few words from his foster:`This gentle boy is aptly named, because he is indeed a hero. He was struck by a car and found with serious injuries to his pelvis and left leg. The emergency animal hospital preformed extensive surgery and he started his lengthy healing and rehab. Through all this he remained sweet, patient and loving. Now, several months later, his has become a feisty, in your face helper and cuddlebug wherever you sit down.Hero`s best life would be as an only cat in the house, but he does get along with small dogs. He likes children above the age of 5 years and he is very partial to my nine year old granddaughter. One caution is that he will try to run out the door. He is fascinated with all things outside the window and hangs out by the door hoping to sneak out. I would keep him if he was companionable with my cat as he is just about perfect.
