Luke can be a bit timid in new situations but warms up quickly! He loves dry cat food, watching birds and squirrels out the window, all the while waiting and hoping for his very own forever home! Luke has shared a room with another lonely foster kitten, but hasn’t met any other cats, and hasn’t met any dogs or children. Luke has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Meet Clarice, a three month old female kitten. Clarice was found in a bin left by the dumpster with her siblings when staff showed up one morning. She is easy to handle and wants attention but is still a little unsure of shelter life. We are sure she will warm up extremely fast. Please remember that Clarice is a kitten and kitten behavior comes with the package. They need lots of toys and places to scratch to learn good scratching habits. They also need patience as they finesse their litter box skills in a new home they are unfamiliar with.This pet is available for adoption at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.  If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-6854.
