We are a 501(c)(3) organization that is funded 100% by donations. We do not operate a shelter but keep our kitties in foster homes. We rely on foster families who open their homes to care for the kitties we rescue. We ask that you complete an application before we send you into the homes of our volunteers. We work very hard to process applications in a timely manner but rely on your references, veterinarian, and landlord to respond so please let them know we will be contacting them. ~You must be 21 years of age or older to adopt. ~Your current pets need to be up to date on vaccinations and preventatives and they need to be altered. ~ If you are adopting a kitten and have no other pets at home please consider adopting two. Kittens thrive in pairs. Kittens: $125 Cats: $100 Before they go home our kitties are: · Vaccinated age appropriately (Rabies and FVRCP) · Treated for internal and external parasites* · Tested for FELV/FIV · Microchipped · Spayed/Neutered (for kittens that is around 12 weeks of age) · Started on flea prevention *Parasites are common in kittens and cats and may take time to treat completely. We cannot guarantee that your cat or kitten will be completely worm/parasite free at adoption. We do not declaw our kitties and do not allow adopters to declaw them. We require our kitties to live indoor lives. Lifetime Commitment: Please remember a kitty requires a 100% committed family for the kitty's entire lifetime which is some cases can be more than 20 years. He is a sweet boy of eight years old, affectionate, and a cuddle bug. He gets along with other cats in time. He's patient and gentle with kids unless pushed too far. He loves attention and cuddling and needs to be in a home where he can be watched due to his over-eating tendencies.

I had two sores on my paws and was emaciated. I had signs of abuse, and my foster Mom believes I was dumped. I am neutered, up to date on my vaccines and have tested negative for FIV/Leukemia. I have also been treated for fleas & worms.  I like to be held! I know, that's a rarity, but I can't help myself. Carry me around like a baby & love me! I am comfortable around both my foster Mom & my Dad, and I also live with cat & dog siblings! Nelda was trapped as part of a TNR effort near a diner in Highspire. The kittens were too small for surgery when they were trapped , so they transferred in to our rescue in hopes to find a nice indoor home. She is estimated to have been born in August 2024 Nelda is currently living at a foster home in  York, PA along with her sisters Joyce and Dorothy. Nelda can be a little hissy to start with, but she is beginning to learn that nice humans can be pretty cool. She will need regular brushing since her hair is longer. Nelda's adoption donation is  $165___ and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter/spay. Turkey and her siblings were found abandoned on Thanksgiving in a Harrisburg Pennsylvania park. The 4 kittens all have Thanksgiving themed names. All of the kittens have short, crinkly tails. They are a Manx mix. They were born approximately 9/1/24. They are all sweet, happy, playful, and gentle natured. They will be getting spayed/neutered in mid January 2025 and will be available for adoption soon after that. They are currently living in Harrisburg Pennsylvania foster home. In the meantime, you can meet Turkey and adopt her and then she can be taken home after her spay. She has tested negative for FeLV/FIV.  Her adoption donation is $175 includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter/spay.
