Story
Hello! My name is Fiona aka Fifi. They consider me as a Torbie. I am a very shy and lovable cat if and when I wants to come out of my shell. I love being against your feet. I am told I have a very loud purr. Like a Motor boat. When I am get scared I like to hide because I don’t like being chased by little ones. It gets me scared very easily. And I will hide. I am looking for someone who is experienced or someone with older children 5 and older. I want someone who can love me like my current parents do. Rehoming fee is ONLY to ensure the transfer of the microchip to new owner through 24petwatch. which is $99 dollar one time lifetime fee. Must provide a vet reference with appointment date and transfer of micro before picking her up. To ensure she is going to a great home.

Story
Marty's rescue story is quite the saga.  Marty was found outside by a neighbor to the person who used to own him.  The kitty was his wife's cat and when she passed away, he allowed Marty to become an outdoor kitty.  Being a medium hair adult, he deteriorated pretty quickly.  When he was found, he had to be taken to the Vet immediately in order to assess his health and to have him sedated to remove all his fur as it was so matted and dirty.  He was severely underweight, weak, and needed lots of TLC.  Despite being outside and in that condition, overall , his bloodwork and health is good!  He's a survivor that is for sure.   Marty has been living in a foster home with other kitties and dogs.  With the amazing support of his foster, he has gained weight, gained confidence back and is now ready to become someone's sweet boy so he can live out his life as the little prince that he is.   Marty has the best personality.  He walks around like he owns the place.  He tolerates other animals in his home and has no problem telling them that he prefers to be looked at then played with.  He has been affectionately referred to as the grumpy old man.  He really is a character.    Marty's adoption donation is 75.00 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip If you would like more information on Marty, please contact Heather at lovingcarecatrescue@gmail.com If you would like to fill out an online application, please visit https://lovingcarecatrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/ Please note:  LCCR does not allow our adopted cats and kittens to be declawed.  All adopted kitties are to be kept as indoor-only pets. .boom-extension-active{cursor: crosshair !important} .boom-extension-active *:hover{cursor: crosshair !important} .boom-extension-hovered-element{outline: 2px solid rgba(130, 170, 210, .6) !important} .boom-extension-expanded-element{background: transparent !important;border: 0 !important;float: none !important;margin-left: auto !important;margin-right: auto !important;padding-left: 0 !important;padding-right: 0 !important;position: relative !important;max-width: initial !important;min-width: initial !important;width: 100% !important;} .boom-extension-active{cursor: crosshair !important} .boom-extension-active *:hover{cursor: crosshair !important} .boom-extension-hovered-element{outline: 2px solid rgba(130, 170, 210, .6) !important} .boom-extension-expanded-element{background: transparent !important;border: 0 !important;float: none !important;margin-left: auto !important;margin-right: auto !important;padding-left: 0 !important;padding-right: 0 !important;position: relative !important;max-width: initial !important;min-width: initial !important;width: 100% !important;} .boom-extension-active{cursor: crosshair !important} .boom-extension-active *:hover{cursor: crosshair !important} .boom-extension-hovered-element{outline: 2px solid rgba(130, 170, 210, .6) !important} .boom-extension-expanded-element{background: transparent !important;border: 0 !important;float: none !important;margin-left: auto !important;margin-right: auto !important;padding-left: 0 !important;padding-right: 0 !important;position: relative !important;max-width: initial !important;min-width: initial !important;width: 100% !important;} If you are interested in adopting this kitty, please fill out the online application at https://alovingcarecatrescue.org/adoptionapplication.html November 5, 2024, 7:23 pm

Story
Approx DOB: December 2023 Mystique, or Mysty for short, is a medium-haired beauty with a gentle, yet playful spirit. One day she just walked into someone’s garage and wanted petted and fed. Mysty is a lovely and happy gal who enjoys playing with springs, balls, and cat wands. She also loves watching birds and squirrels outside. Mysty likes to be around people and enjoys head scratches and petting. She startles a bit with loud noises or sudden movements, so she would likely do best in a home without small children. All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are: Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125 Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100 Seniors (8+ years) = $80 Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations. If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). We are a 501(c)(3) organization that is funded 100% by donations. We do not operate a shelter but keep our kitties in foster homes. We rely on foster families who open their homes to care for the kitties we rescue. We ask that you complete an application before we send you into the homes of our volunteers. Also please keep in mind that applications are always being processed so we cannot guarantee the availability of a kitty until your application is approved. We operate on a first approved basis. We work very hard to process applications in a timely manner but rely on your references, veterinarian, and landlord to respond so please let them know we will be contacting them. ~You must be 21 years of age or older to adopt. ~Your current pets need to be up to date on vaccinations and preventatives and they need to be altered. ~ If you are adopting a kitten and have no other pets at home please consider adopting two.
