Story
Hi, I'm the regal and dignified Leonard! I'm a fluffy friendly muffin maker. I love to play when I'm in the mood! I was previously hit by a car some years ago but I'm fully recovered. I have seasonal and food allergies so I need to eat a prescription food. I might be ok with another cat but I am on a strict diet of a prescription food.I'm very chill and I even tolerate belly rubs! I love to jump up high and look out windows. I'm in a foster home so if you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org.My estimated birthdate is 2/7/2020.

Story
Wanda is a beautiful tortoiseshell kitten ready to meet the family who will take her home and love her forever! Wanda and her sister Willow are very bonded and will be adopted as a pair. They are about 14 weeks old. ** Wanda and Willow will only be adopted as a pair. ** These girls are loving, playful, and confident. They enjoy endless hours playing together and they get along well with the other cats in their foster home. They love all kinds of toys and "chase and rassle" games. We would describe their activity level as 9+ on a scale of 10. Eventually their kitten energy will subside, but they will do best in a home that isn't currently filled with delicate, valuable objects. When playtime is over, they love cuddling in a warm lap and they will expect to be welcomed to sleep on the bed with the people in their new home. All of our kittens for adoption have been spayed, microchipped, are up to date on vaccines, and have tested negative for FeLV and FIV. The adoption fee is $150 for a pair. If you are interested in meeting Wanda & Willow, please fill out the adoption interest form at our website (www.pdx-petadoption.org) and our adoption coordinator will respond promptly. Please note that we place cats in the following counties only: Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark. Animal Rescue & Care Fund is a small rescue organization. We rescue homeless animals only, and do not accept owner-surrendered pets. All our animals live with volunteers in their homes until they are matched with the right permanent family. Thank you for considering one of our pets for adoption.

Story
Meet Fitz, a charming 10-year-old domestic medium hair black cat with a heart full of love. Fitz is a big lap cat who adores snuggling and will make the perfect companion for anyone looking for a furry friend to cuddle with. Fitz has always lived with another cat and should do well with a single feline companion, though he’s also perfectly happy being the only cat in the household. While he hasn't been around dogs, he is great with older children (8+) and will thrive in a home where he can relax and enjoy peaceful interactions. If you're searching for a big, snuggly baby to bring joy and warmth to your home, Fitz is the perfect match for you. Adopt Fitz and experience the love and companionship of this sweet and affectionate cat.

Story
Annie was dropped off in the middle of the night at Mom and her husband's place in Silverton around 8 years ago. My mother loved and welcomed her into their home. My mother has dementia and is moving from a residential independent facility to an assisted care/memory care facility. She could not take her cat, Annie.   I welcomed Annie in our home in June hoping to find her a forever home to enjoy her senior years. My husband and I are embarking on a year travel and cannot take Annie. When I had Annie's teeth cleaned in September the vet indicated Annie is possibly around 13 years old.  She is healthy and feels frisky in the morning. During the warm months Annie runs to the back door ready to spend the day in the backyard soaking up the sun. She loves to sit on my husband's lap and is always ready to be brushed. She is a little stinker and does not enjoy having her nails clipped.   Since we are now in the winter months her favorite spot seems to be in front of the fire. Annie is spayed. She is an indoor cat that will enjoy summer outside breaks.  Annie and is both loving and independent. She is still playful. I just breaks my heart to find a home for Annie.   A senior home is preferred.  Annie lives in Silverton with her family and her adoption fee is $50.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.  Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. Story
Oscar is an extremely friendly, curious and cuddly cat. He loves to spend all his time with the humans, greets you when you get home, headbutts your leg when you are in the bathroom, asks for pets when you are on the couch, demands lap time if you work from home and generally wants to keep you company and share your food, if you are having meat and or diary.   Oscar has moved to a couple houses with us, he takes no time to settle in and establishes his routine, once he's set he likes it to stay the same. He doesn't try to eat plants or knock your things over/off the counter, he enjoys play with plastic straws and laser pointer on occasions.   Every cat got their quirks, and Oscar got a few too. He will pee on pet beds that has walls, so he only has blankets or mats for beds, and that goes for other pets in the house too if there are any. He likes to make his presence known(through medium to loud meowing) anytime he enters a room, jumps on to the bed, before his dinner time, and after he uses the litter box, and sometimes just for good measure making sure you didn't forget him, he will meow at the top of his lungs to no one in particular.   He does not like being left alone for too long without human company, an overnight away is okay, more than a night he would like a cat sitter to visit for 1hr or preferably more, if left alone for too long he might poop outside the litter box or knock over your flower vase. He also likes to find and chew things that are soft silicon textured, couple be a baby bottle nipple, could be a cup cover, so keep them where he can't get to. He would be a great addition to your household if you are someone that enjoys a talkative/attentive and loving kitty.   Oscar has all his shots, never missed an annual check up and has his teeth cleaned every 6-months. We think he is best suited for families with no kids or older kids, big or small family as long as someone is always free for some lap time and scratches. We have 3 big cat trees, two litter boxes, one carrier, cat food, automatic feeder, flea meds and supplements that we would love to go with him to this new family. Oscar lives in Portland with his owners and his adoption fee is $150.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
