Story
Rosie is between 1-3 years old is incredibly sweet if a bit shy and requires a gentle hand as she is easily overstimulated. She would do best as an only pet in a calm household as she doesn’t get along with other cats at all. I don’t think she requires a lot of special effort but does require gabapentin before vet visits. She loves to play and jump and is feather soft.

Story
LOVE is a beautiful, independent Siamese-mix girl with fluffy, soft fur and bright blue eyes. She enjoys spending time with other cats, munching on treats, and watching the world out the window. Love is a bit shy and skittish around people, and she’d do well in a quiet home with a patient person or family who can appreciate her for who she is. She would probably be happy to share a home with other friendly cats. Love was brought to our cat rescue when her owners could no longer care for her. If you have room in your home and heart, Love would love to become part of your family. LOVE has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet LOVE in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $100 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Story
CHEVELLE is a handsome domestic medium hair gentleman with a black coat that has beautiful brown highlights. He is the most laid back, gentle, calm, affectionate and affection-seeking sweetheart of an adult kitty that you’ve ever met (he is estimated to be about 5 yrs old). He was living a very hard life out on the streets until CRAN stepped up and decided to offer him a chance at a safe, cozy indoor life which he has absolutely embraced and loves. He is content with a cozy spot on the couch or a cozy bed by a window to sunbathe. The moment he came into his foster home he was asking for love by giving head butts and purring loudly. He allowed us to bathe him and blow dry him and handle him through all of his treatment (see below), and still he asked for love right after. When Chevelle was rescued from the streets, he was found with a mass on his face, a bad flea infestation, and severe dental disease. Once the mass was removed, his teeth cleaned, and he was treated for fleas--he is a whole new cat! He has now grown a new coat of fur and loves to eat. It was confirmed that his mass had not spread, and he is completely cancer free. Chevelle needs a home that will give him all the love he deserves. He was abandoned once but he doesn’t hold that against us and just wants to be loved. He needs a quiet and loving home that will give him a with a lap or two and a cozy bed to sunbathe in. CHEVELLE is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet CHEVELLE in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at Petsmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. Story
CABBAGE PATCH is a striking fluffy brown tabby female kitten with beautiful contrasting white fur that outlines her expressive eyes. Her luxurious, velvety brown and tan coat is adorned with deep, swirling black patterns along her flanks, making her truly stunning to behold. Cabbage Patch has always had a big appetite, being the first to rush to dinner with her adorable round belly. Now that she’s grown into herself, she’s an active, playful, and curious little explorer. She loves watching 'cat TV,' enthusiastically swatting at everything on the screen. Once playtime is over, she transforms into a snuggly lap cat, purring contentedly as she settles in for a cuddle. She’s even easygoing when it comes to having her claws trimmed, happy to just be in your lap. Cabbage Patch and her siblings were lovingly surrendered to CRAN when their owner found it difficult to care for all 7 kittens. With her playful spirit and affectionate nature, Cabbage Patch will bring joy and warmth to any family.  CABBAGE PATCH has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet CABBAGE PATCH at the Cat Lounge, please fill out an Adoption Application for consideration at catrescues.org/adopt, and an adoption counselor will contact you for a possible meet-and-greet at the Eugene Springfield Cat Lounge, 537 W. Story
BACKPACK and BEAN WAZOWSKI (aka BEAN) are a pair of teenage foster brothers who met and bonded in foster care.  BACKPACK is the most perfect gentleman in his finest outfit of fluffy black and white tuxedo fur.  He needs a few days to warm up and accept a new home but after that, he's a snuggly lovebug.  He has the BEST purr in the whole world and if you brush him, it really gets loud.  BACKPACK was found wandering as a single kitten in a parking lot where someone had dumped him, and then he was raised in a loving foster home.  BEAN is a striking brown tabby male kitten with only one eye but without any limitations.  BEAN must explore everything and anything that is within sight!  Bean was brought to an emergency vet with a severely damaged left eye; the hospital removed the eye, and he was taken in by CRAN and placed into a loving foster home to recover. BACKPACK and BEAN WAZOWSKI have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet BACKPACK and BEAN at the Cat Lounge, please fill out an Adoption Application for consideration at catrescues.org/adopt, and an adoption counselor will contact you for a possible meet-and-greet at the Eugene Springfield Cat Lounge, 537 W. Story
ASPEN is an active and cuddly brown-and-tan female tabby teenager kitten who just wants to be your friend. She loves people and other cats alike and is social and curious in new situations. Aspen can often be found playing and snuggling with her siblings. She isn’t known to be a “door dasher,” but she has become increasingly curious about the world outside and would likely appreciate a nice window perch or cat tree with a view of the great outdoors. Aspen and her siblings were brought to our cat rescue when their owner was no longer able to care for them. As an active young kitten, it’s important that Aspen be adopted with a sibling into a home with another kitten or playful young cat. If you’re looking for a feline friend and cuddle buddy, Aspen may just be the girl for you. ASPEN has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet ASPEN in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at Petsmart.
