Story
This wee little fluff came into the rescue all alone after his rescuer found him - we named Jim after that woman! Baby Isabell is a long-haired kitten who is coming around to the fact that he is so adorable, so people will want to love on him and snuggle him. (We thought he was a girl at first, but when he went to be spayed, we found out he was actually there to be neutered!) *We will not entertain applicants who don't have another kitten - kittens are not adopted out alone**. apply.neshamarescue.org

Story
Hi I'm Patches!  I love cuddles and food. I'm a little shy and take a little time to warm up to new things, but that's because I can't see as well as some other felines. I have microphthalmia and eyelid agenesis. I was born this way, but it hasn’t stopped me from being a snuggle monster!  My foster mom says I wag my tail like a goat, since I'm a bobtail!  Check out my video. I am not blind. I can see, but not well, you may notice I tilt my head oddly to see something. I get around great, but need a little time to adjust to new surroundings. It is best to start me in a small room and allow me to slowly inspect the rest of the house. I may need eye drops occasionally and you will need to pay attention to my eyes to observe for any possible irritation. I can get along with other cats but it does take me a while to adjust to them. I have been spayed.   I am also up to date with vaccinations.  I have been microchipped, too.   I am negative for FeLV/FIV :) Go to www.pawsforlifenc.org to adopt me!!   ##1999712##

Meet Liesel, the sweetest kitten with a heart as warm as her playful spirit. She loves being petted and can be found zooming around the room or scaling the highest points on her cat trees. Her favorite pastimes include enjoying her food and treats and grooming her siblings, Lottie Dottie and Lime Tango. Liesel's appearance features gray spots on her pristine white coat making her a standout in any feline crowd. She's known as a Harlequin kitty due to her unusual markings. Her siblings are Harlequins as well. Story
Introducing Lime Tango, the gentle and endearing kitty with a touch of timidity when it comes to being petted. Despite his shy nature, he shares a deep bond with his siblings, Lottie Dottie and Liesel, who he loves being groomed by. However, he does not have to be adopted with either sibling. He will adjust to a new home either alone or with a new kitty sibling.Lime Tango enjoys climbing high to gaze out the window at birds, deer, and squirrels. He is particularly fond of playing with his toys, especially ping pong balls and golf tees. His beautiful white coat is adorned with multiple gray tabby spots adding to his distinctive charm. He is known as a Harlequin kitty and probably ahs some Turkish Van in his DNA.To meet Lime Tango and other adoptable Purr Partners kitties at one of our weekend adoptathon events, apply to become a pre-approved adopter today at https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/cats/For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

Story
Ransom is a sweet-as-pie 2 year old male neutered cat. He is very shy when meeting new people, but warms up quickly once he's comfortable in his environment. Once he adjusts, he's super affectionate and and seeks out attention and his person or people. He's a lap kitty and loves to sit on laps and snuggles behind knees when sleeping with his humans in bed. He likes to play with feather toys, loves smooches on his nose and face and loves to cuddle. He's not so much a "lap cat" as a "next to your lap" cat. He loves to cuddle behind your knees while sleeping or between his adoring fans on the couch for TV time. He also loves getting his luscious locks brushed. He has special needs as he will be maintained on medication life-long for feline asthma and anxiety as well as a special diet for urinary health. He's been very cooperative and easy to give medications to. He will be provided with a year's supply of medication which is not expensive at all. He will also come with a at least three months of his special food. He's not a big fan of other cats and would prefer to be an only child in his new home. A quieter home is the best situation for him. He wants to be your prince and he's looking for his kingdom! He hasn't been around dogs, but if the dog is respectful, gentle, and leaves him alone, he would probably be ok. Most cats are like this, so with proper introduction and time, he could most likely handle a canine sibling. Ransom is in our Foster-to-Adopt Program because we believe if someone will take a chance on this boy, they will fall in love with him. He's purrfectly imperfect, as we all are, and he deserves a chance to have a home of his own. We know that there is someone out there reading this and thinking, "I can do this. I can give this kitty a home and a second chance!" We hope it's you!For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

Story
Cheesy Puff came to us from the Wilson County Humane Society where his tail was degloved from an unknown cause. His remaining tail is healing fine, but he tested positive for Feline Leukemia, so they called Purr Partners. He is now in a loving foster home with fellow FELV positive kitties that he adores. He will most likely have a shortened lifespan due to testing positive at such a young age, probably somewhere between 1 and 2 years. Regardless, he is living his best life as a Purr Partners rescue kitty. He's otherwise healthy and oh so happy. AND he loves to give kitty kisses ♥Cheesy Puff is an energetic little boy who plays hard and naps hard, LOL. He enjoys playing with his toys and with his older foster siblings, especially Decibel. He will find a favorite spot to rest up between wrestling matches and playing chase around the house. Or he will find a favorite human to snuggle up with and purr until he quickly falls asleep on them. He eats canned and dry kitten food, but usually plays with his treats before he or another cat ends up eating them. Cheesy Puff should not live with any other cats unless they are also FELV positive. He happily shares his foster home with a laid-back senior dog, and FELV is not transferable to non-feline species. Cheesy Puff will make a wonderful addition to any household, and we hope you will consider adopting this super sweet loving boy who will melt your heart as soon as you meet him. Story
Kevin is a soft, quirky guy.  He likes being around the foster's one-and-a-half year old but he does like his space.  It might be best for their interactions to be supervised at first.  He will take a nap next to you but will not typically sit in your lap.  Kevin has a lot of energy and will need a lot of playtime.  He enjoys playing fetch and is a very entertaining, confident, alert guy. Kevin would prefer to be the only cat in the home.  Kevin tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. He has been neutered and microchipped.  He is up to date on rabies and vaccinations.     ##1860891##
