Story
Sasha is a goofy and sweet young cat who could play all day! Tunnels, stuffies, and balls keep her busy, helping burn out that kitten energy. This lady wants to be where the people are! She doesn't typically leave to go off on her own, but chooses to hang out with the three other cats in her foster home. The FOMO is real. Sasha has a cute squeaky meow when she wants to get your attention. She's done great using the litter box at her foster home. She loves watching the squirrels and birds out the windows and is often found sleeping on the sill in the sun. Sasha would do well in most types of homes. She hasn't been around kids or dogs, so it's unclear how she would do interacting with them. She has done really well with the other cats. She will need a family that can keep her busy and challenged each day. Sasha is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Story
Hi! My name is Carlton! I’m an orange tabby kitten. I’m very high energy and I love to chase my brother around the house. Sometimes I forget to give him a break and he gets a little annoyed but we still get along! I consider myself to be an extrovert (meaning I’ll hang out with anyone who wants to play with me :) I don’t cuddle too often but I love to sit near others and take cat naps. If I’ve had the chance to get my energy out, I like to be picked up! Also, I LOVE TREATS! It would be nice for me to be in a home with another cat who really likes to play or with a person who has a lot of time to play with me! I’m not bothered by new people and I warm up very quickly! Also, I've met a dog before! It took me a bit of time to warm up and I still kept my distance mostly but I wasn't too bothered :) I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Adoption Fee: $275 + applicable tax Come see me at the Petco in Eden Prairie located at 8020 Glen Ln, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 ADOPT ME: If you’d like to begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting https://www.twincitiespetrescue.org/adopt/ or clicking “Apply for Adoption”. Story
NINA is a young, petite and beautiful medium hair black and white girl with deep gold eyes who is approx. 1 year old. Her fur is very soft and shiny. Nina takes awhile to adjust and trust her person so she would prefer a quiet home and one person she can call her own. Nina loves playing with little stuffed cat toys, chasing the wand toy and toys the foster throws for her. She likes to have her head scratched but not her whole body (she gets overstimulated) – she goes to her foster asking him for head scratches. Nina enjoys hanging out on the foster’s desk while he works at the computer, and her favorite pastime is watching the activity out the windows. Nina has not been around other animals in our program, and we think that is just fine with her as she would prefer being with her person. She cannot go to a home with children as she is curious about what is on the other side of doors. Remember, cats can live 18+ years so be sure you can give Nina her forever home. She would be fine in an apartment just so she has windows to look out, but moving often would be hard on her having to adjust several times. Nina is spayed, FeLV, FIV and heartworm negative, and distemper and rabies vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200. If you are a patient person and will give Nina time to warm up to you and her new environment, call 651-771-5662 to inquire about beautiful Nina.

Story
HUDSON is a very handsome, medium-long hair, blue eyed, gray and white boy who is approx. 2 years old. He has gorgeous Siamese blue eyes, adorable markings and a bushy tail. Hudson is shy at first and may tell you how upset he is at the changes in his life but then he becomes a loving, playful boy who wants nothing more than to be with his person. He loves chasing ping pong balls around, playing with the cat dancer with his foster, hiding toys in his tunnel and wrestling with his kick toy (he will make you smile each day). He also loves watching the activity out the windows – squirrels are the best entertainment to watch – from the top of his carpeted scratching post and window ledges. Hudson will sit on the foster’s lap to be petted and brushed and he purrs happily. He will talk to you if he wants something so you need to figure out what he is asking – just don’t let him talk you into giving him more food (the foster measures his twice a day feedings so he doesn’t get overweight). Hudson enjoys being gently brushed which is good because that will keep his lovely fur from matting. He would love a home where he can sleep with his person at night and be part of their life. Hudson would prefer to be the only animal in the home and no young children – maybe teenage but an adult home would be his preference. If you are a patient person who will let Hudson slowly adjust to your home, call us about this boy. Hudson is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, and distemper and rabies vaccination. His adoption fee is $200. Call 651-771-5662 to inquire about handsome, sweet Hudson.

Story
Rehoming our sweet Mac *with his best friend Larry*. These two kitties have lived together since 2018 and are very bonded. We are rehoming them together as a pair, and keeping them together is a must. Mac is a sweet and gentle soul with a quietly curious and mischievous streak. Mac is easily startled, often timid around strangers, but a super skilled hunter and very playful once he warms up. Mac is picky about his food and quick to let Larry finish the meal. Mac loves a good scritchy scratch session (he'll practically melt if you brush him!) but he's not a snuggle-in-your-lap cat like Larry is. Mac has been such a fun and sweet addition to our home, and a great balance for Larry's big personality. Mac has been having some urinary issues, but we are currently working with a vet on adjusting our litter boxes and trying out some different foods. This is the only time in 6+ years that we've had litter box issues and our hope is to help resolve ourselves soon.

Story
Hello! I am Leo, a 4-year-old fluffy boy looking for my forever home. I am a big, silly boy with a ton of character and love to give! I am proud of my half moustache, puffy tail, and impressive size. I also have a special talent: lying down with both my arms and legs completely extended, showing off my dancer/gymnast form. I love to follow my humans around the house to keep them company, but I will take occasional breaks for bird watching, closet naps, and playing with my toys. If you work from home, I will frequently greet your co-workers via webcam and give you lots of at-the-desk snuggles. I absolutely love to receive pets and will help you out by sticking my booty in the air and/or flopping on the ground to give you tummy access. Cold objects fascinate me so if you have a refrigerator that I can stick my head in occasionally, or a (screened) window you can open so I can feel the cool air, that will make me very happy. I use my litter box perfectly and always keep the area clean and I am a great eater who never begs for food or treats. When I go to new places and meet new people, I get nervous, so I will be asking for some personal space for the first few days. When I’m ready for you to come near, I’ll give you a chirp and some leg rubs to let you know that things are all good now. Because I had some siblings I didn’t get along with so well in my past house, it’s important that I have a home to myself, free of other animals and small children (gentle, cat-savvy tweens and teens would be okay). But please don’t worry! I am extremely patient, gentle, and loving with my humans as soon as I get to know you. Will you be my new family? Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat? Please fill out Pet Haven’s adoption application: http://bit.ly/2fd9U2Fpethavenmnwww..org/adopt. All ages and breeds are a best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits.
