Story
NINA is a young, petite and beautiful medium hair black and white girl with deep gold eyes who is approx. 1 year old. Her fur is very soft and shiny. Nina takes awhile to adjust and trust her person so she would prefer a quiet home and one person she can call her own. Nina loves playing with little stuffed cat toys, chasing the wand toy and toys the foster throws for her. She likes to have her head scratched but not her whole body (she gets overstimulated) – she goes to her foster asking him for head scratches. Nina enjoys hanging out on the foster’s desk while he works at the computer, and her favorite pastime is watching the activity out the windows. Nina has not been around other animals in our program, and we think that is just fine with her as she would prefer being with her person. She cannot go to a home with children as she is curious about what is on the other side of doors. Remember, cats can live 18+ years so be sure you can give Nina her forever home. She would be fine in an apartment just so she has windows to look out, but moving often would be hard on her having to adjust several times. Nina is spayed, FeLV, FIV and heartworm negative, and distemper and rabies vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200. If you are a patient person and will give Nina time to warm up to you and her new environment, call 651-771-5662 to inquire about beautiful Nina.

Story
Hi, I'm Zee, your soon-to-be favorite snuggle buddy! I'm a playful, loving orange kitten who enjoys snuggling, wrestling with my cat foster sister, and exploring the cat wall where I can peek down at everyone. When I'm not busy having adventures, you'll find me napping in cozy spots or happily munching on my favorite treats (punctual meals are a must-I'm not shy about reminding you where the food is if it's late!). My foster mom always tells me how handsome and easygoing I am, and I've done well living with kids, other cats, and even dogs. I do have a playful way of reminding big, bouncy dogs to be gentle by giving them a little love tap if they get too close. I'm still learning not to nibble fingers, but I'm making great progress! If you're looking for a joyful, curious, and affectionate companion who will fill your days with laughter and cuddles, I'd love to find my forever home with you. Come meet me-I'm ready to melt your heart! I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Story
Meet King. He was born October 16th 2017 to our cat June. He is a very pretty cat with an extra thumb on one front paw. He was loved and raised by my parents. My dad passed way and my mom was living alone with king. They eventually moved in with us. My mom was with us for 2 years and recently, due to dementia moved into assisted living. We have king with us still. He is not loving our big bulldog and our June (his mom) keeps going after him and they are both very stressed. As much as we hate to, we are looking for a new home for king. He likes to be pet but not held. He doesn’t love dogs and tolerates other cats. I do not believe he would do well with children. He is declawed

Story
Leo is a loving 4-year-old cat looking for his forever home! This big fluffy guy is reserved and a bit shy in new environments, but given time and space, he warms up quickly! He loves to be with people and will literally follow us around our apartment. He loves nothing more than receiving pets, especially on the belly as well as butt scratches. His second greatest love is drinking running water from the bathtub (he jumps in the tub and tell us he wants the faucet turned on anytime we enter the bathroom). Leo is a little jumpy with loud noises but will bravely go and investigate; once his curiosity is satisfied, he quickly relaxes. He loves climbing onto our home's highest surfaces and sitting in windows to watch the world go by. This handsome dude’s hobbies are furniture climbing, bird/window observing, striking poses, and ""flopping"" at our feet to signal he would like pets. He enjoys following his humans around the house and running to greet them at the door. He loves to play with his toys, especially string, but will also gladly take a relaxing nap while he keeps you company. Leo has a special chirp for saying hello to his people. This sweetheart is a fairly active boy who spends most of his day alternating between exploring the house and taking naps. He loves to eat and is always excited for canned food time but will not beg for food. (The original Hills dry food he tried did not agree with him, but his new N&D Ocean Herring & Orange food works great.) At night, he rests independently and will be waiting patiently nearby for us to wake up in the morning. Leo currently lives in an apartment with his two adult foster humans, one of whom works from home. We think this loving guy would enjoy being the only pet in a family who spends plenty of time at home, so they can give him the daily attention he craves. Due to his anxiety during the adjustment to our home, we think a family who has experience with cat behavior and is committed to allowing him private space for decompression would be ideal. We also think he'll need Gabapentin to help make his vet visits a calmer experience for him. Leo is so ready to settle into his forever home with caring, compassionate people who can help him gain confidence and know that he is safe and loved. Could that be with you? There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Story
Wonton and Pierogi are a 5-month-old creamsicle duo looking for their forever home together. These two babies are biological siblings who have lived together their whole lives. They share a beautiful and loving sibling connection. Pierogi boy is sweet, playful and full of personality and charm. He’s incredibly friendly and has a knack for making everyone he meets feel special. He purrs up a storm and will happily snuggle up with you for cozy moments; his soft, luxurious fur makes him a delight to pet. With a boundless love for play, he’ll keep you entertained with his antics and has a warm, affectionate nature that makes him impossible not to love. If you're looking for a beautiful, loving companion to bring joy to your home, he's ready to be your new furry family member.Pierogi is a social kitten and loves to play with his sister and our resident cat. The kittens stay in their room for night (9 pm to 7:30 am) and they do well. They are ready to wake up when they hear the foster family moving around.Wonton is a gentle and curious little girl kitten with a soft heart and curious nature! She’s a sweet, snuggly girl who loves curling up for cozy naps and quiet moments. She’s great at playing, napping, and enjoys watching the fish.Though she may be a bit reserved at first, Wonton's curiosity always wins out, and she’ll soon be exploring right alongside you. She also gains a lot of confidence by watching her go-go-go brother take the lead. Playtime with her brother is her favorite part of the day, where she can let her playful side shine!Wonton does well with her brother and our resident cat; this independent girl just does her own thing, unless she wants to play—then she jumps in. When it’s time for dinner, Wonton needs to be in a room by herself, so she does not get distracted, and so her boisterous brother does not eat her food.Pierogi and Wonton are currently living with a family with two kids (11 and 14), especially bonding with the 14-year-old. Wanton loves to cuddle and get belly rubs and anyone who wants to play with Pierogi will be his best friend. They also live with one resident cat, and they have a mutual respect for each other and coexist fine. They would do well in a home with multiple people and activity, but probably not very young children. They would be okay with gentle dogs and calm, older children. For a double dose of kitten shenanigans, please consider adding Wonton and Pierogi to your family!—---There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown.
