Marley has been a great pet. She is a beautiful and loving cat. She got along very well with two of our former dogs, but now we have a one-year-old Golden Retriever that is making her life miserable. She hides, and is pretty grumpy. Additionally, my husband and son are allergic, and have been tolerant for 6 years but are growing more and more uncomfortable with their allergies. And, we have starting traveling quite a bit more and Marley is even more sad. Because of the puppy and our travel schedule, she has started peeing on the basement carpet. She also has an odd and sporadic behavior of rubbing up against your leg, wanting to be pet, then without warning deciding to give one quick bite - not strong enough to break the skin, but startling and annoying. We love Marley very much, and she does love to sit in your lap and be pet (even purrs and drools a little), and my hope is that if she could find a home where she would get more attention, she would be much happier and kinder.

Larry is the most chilled-out kitten. You can literally do anything to Larry--give him medicine, a bath, clean his paws, clip his nails--and he just hangs out. He likes to play, but he's a gentle guy with his two sisters. He loves to be held on a lap and he loves being stroked and brushed. He is a handsome boy, with incredible white markings around his big green eyes and ears that sport amazing ear floof. While he started out his life without human socialization, he immediately trusted humans. His sisters, Penelope and Lily, are a bit more shy. He's played with his foster mom's cat and been around kids and he's fine with all of them. He would be a perfect companion to someone who has an older cat who needs company. Larry is a winner. This kitty should get along with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs given proper introductions. Larry was born approximately July 30, 2024, and his adoption fee is $160, or adopt two and the second is half off. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, is microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. Come see this sweet boy at our adoption center this weekend! You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens during weekend business hours at our adoption center, address and times above. During the week, all our kitties live in licensed foster homes, and while most do come to the adoption center each weekend, not every kitty attends every weekend.
