My name is Count Chocula and I am a black domestic mediumhair. I am an intact female (I will be spayed before I am adopted) and I am 1 month old. I am at the shelter because I was found as a stray on 10/14/2025. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a high energy cat and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home, but the shelter staff always recommends owners be mindful that I do not accidentally sneak out on their way out the door. I can be good with men, women, and children. Sookie is a lazy, lovable rescue cat. She likes to eat and sit in laps. My parents were Sookie's owners, but they needed to move into the Memory Care unit in their Assisted Living facility, which does not allow pets. I would keep her, but my wife and I travel a lot, so it is not the best situation for us.

HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted.
