Story
Hi everyone! I’m Hope, and I truly live up to my name. I spent most of my life outdoors, but I survived, and now I’m ready to start a new chapter filled with relaxation, pampering, and love. I’m a retired momma cat, and after caring for my little ones, it’s finally my time to be cared for! I do have a few minor health issues, but don’t worry they don’t affect me negatively at all. If you have any questions, our wonderful staff would be happy to talk about it. I’m ready for a calm and loving home where I can rest and enjoy my golden years. If you’re looking for a sweet and resilient companion to share your heart with, I’d love to be your Hope!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!

Story
Meet Gumdrop, a sweet-as-sugar 2-year-old female cat looking for her forever home! She’s playful and full of energy, zipping around like a burst of cotton candy but always happy to settle down for some chin scratches. While she’s as irresistible as a chocolate truffle, she prefers to keep her paws on the ground—being carried just isn’t her cup of cocoa. Gumdrop will melt your heart with her affectionate head bumps and licorice-soft purrs, especially when she’s lounging in her favorite cozy spot. If you’re ready to add a sprinkle of love to your life, this little treat is waiting just for you! 🍬🐾💕

Story
Vladimir is a sleek and independent 2-year-old black cat who would thrive in a spacious outdoor setting. He enjoys exploring open areas, climbing to high perches, and finding cozy spots to rest in the sun. While he prefers his freedom, he will happily keep a watchful eye over his surroundings and become a familiar presence on your property. With time and patience, he may warm up to gentle companionship, but he’s perfectly content living life on his own terms. If you’re looking for a confident and self-sufficient barn cat, Vladimir is ready to make your outdoor space his home. 🖤🐾🏡

Story
PIPPDSH brown tabby/white female, 1 year old, strayMy new name is PIPP, and I was found as a stray with my sister Piper in late March. Coming into the shelter has been scary for me, but I`m trying to settle in and trust the kind people here who give me attention. I`m about 1 year old, so have a long life ahead. If you`re searching for a quiet girl who needs extra time to settle in, I`ll return all your patience with lots of love. Come and visit me here. Maybe we were made for each other!

Story
CAPPYDMH brown tabby/white male, 3 years old, stray, neuteredThey named me CAPPY when I came to the shelter as a stray. It`s been a big change for me, but I`m learning to love all the attention and food they give me. I have to say, this is much better than living outside on my own! I`m looking forward to meeting that one right person who will love and care for me for the rest of my life. If you need a special friend too, let`s meet and talk about a future together!
